Ok just didn't have what i was looking for and didn't try and help me fine anything

Rob is the main reason I come to this location. He is very knowledgeable and attentive he helps me with my fish and dog questions. He doesn’t talk down to me like some other employees in the store. He takes his time and teaches to make sure that you understand. Great employee if he’s not a manager he should be because it shows.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. Employees are not nice. On top of that they don’t have items in stock, which the website says they do for this particular location. Thankfully I only was at this location because I was in the area and never again.

This store has to be one of the worst the fish chick is rude her name is dawn. She ignored me for 25mins and i just had a question. She never asked me if i needed help nore did she ask her team to. I got fed up and just went to the register 20mins later she walked up n was about to skip me till those customers said he was here first. Even then she had me wait and was talking to them. Im proud of myself normally i would have gone tf off for her disrespect but i just called corporate

I like that this particular location it is clean and everything is in order and checkout is quick.

Overall I was able to find what I needed. Emergency flea medication. The service at the registered was awesome.

Never coming back. Employee made several comments about my dog being an aggressive dog and that he should not be in the store, as we walked thru the store looking to purchase treats. My dog got close to several employees and never made any attempt to bite or anything of the sort. My dog is allowed at multiple daycares and has never hurt anyone or anything. He was simply a little scared because a lot of the stuff was being moved and the walkways were narrow due to the many boxes that were in the way. Please hire employees that understand pets and keep negative comments to themselves.

Brittany and the other manager (sorry, I can't recall her name), both worked together and took time to resolve my issue

Tried to order a product online but it stated that it was out of stock. Went into the store and saw it on the shelf. Explained to the employee that I attempted to order online to save additional 20 percent and showed him that website said it was not on stock. He not only gave me the sale price but also the additional 20% off and pulled me right up to the register so I did not have to wait in line. Excellent service

Nice people have to wear mask inside lots pets for young kids

Friendly staff but they are pretty over priced on alot of things. They do have a good variety of pet supplies and they have ferret supplies as well

Great service and fair prices

Cashier overcharged me, tried to refund but didn't do it correctly. When I went back manager said people really needed to stop talking to that Cashier. ???? I've been here multiple times each time it's getting worse with customer service.

Only petco I will go to. If you're from the area fo here. They are friendly and most importantly knowledgeable.

Sales clerk was kind and helpful
