Excellent Grooming Salon. Very Professional, Clean, Friendly, and Affordable.

Took my cat to get groomed and they put the soft paws on him and overused the glue to make sure they stay there. My cat is very sensitive to touch and isn’t himself. Don’t take your pets here I don’t know why or how they thought that was a great idea. They also glued his fur to the soft paws and it ripped his fur out when he took them off. The one that was put there is not embedded to his paw bed.

Please do not board your dogs here. This is the second time I used this facility. Both times, I picked up my dogs (both times) and they smelled like urine. Their bedding also was saturated in urine. When I asked to see where they were held, I noticed that the dogs walk way was covered in poo. They don’t bother picking up so the dogs step all over. Worse experience ever.

My parents dogs look nice and clean when they come home

My dog been getting groomed for years at petco they reason I brought her here it was her birthday and wanted her colored I should’ve knew something was up they didn’t ask for proof of rabies vaccine or any form of shot records just cutting but by it been her birthday I’m like ohh why not so she went got colored came home to having black fleas on her coat took her to the animal hospital in oak lawn and got her medicated never will I bring her back and she also had cuts on her tail my dog give me the sign that I needed to pay attention to her afterwards and the fleas did also. she will never go back there and never will I support a black own business they need to be shut down not asking for vaccines or any type paperwork for shot records on your puppy! and this the results that happen !! Please be ware and do not take your dog here for any service!

Best place to take your pets. Great service employee do a great job with your animal and you do not have to have a appointment love the place the only spot I will take my dogs.

I TOOK MY DOG IN TO GET GROOMED, WHEN WE PICKED HER UP.. HER EYES WERE RED. THE OWNER TOLD ME SHE CAME IN LIKE THAT... NO SHE DID NOT AND ALSO.. THEY NICKED HER BY, HER NOSE. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Dog got cut here Friday and died Sunday morning he was perfectly fine before we dropped him off.

My granddog, Cody, just got back from getting groomed at this business. All I can say is that he looks absolutely AMAZING! He is a Shitzu/Pomeranian, and if you know anything about those breeds, you know they have very complicated fur patterns, and it can be difficult to get them the right look. Connie and her husband made him look like a million bucks! I can’t wait to set an appointment for my Bella, an equally furry Labrador/Golden Retriever! Bravo to this business!

Always great job with my dog.

I set an appointment weeks in advance for 10:30. I arrived it took 45 before I was seen. This wasn’t too much of a problem except she decided at her own discretion who would go in what order. Once I was inside the owner was snappy and seemed annoyed. I was terrified to see the sign in sheet accompanied with a contract that was barely legible. What I could make out was that this was relinquishing the shop of any “unforeseen accidents”. I was recommended this place by a few people so I pushed through trusting them. I picked up my dogs and realized she hadn’t actually brushed their teeth. That wasn’t too bad except one of my dogs came one with irritated eye that he wasn’t dropped off with. Something clearly happened and when I called to ask what happened the owner told me she would get back to me and I still haven’t received a call. I LOVE supporting my people but my experience was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy overpriced, terrible customer service and they injured my baby. NEVER AGAIN.

I just picked up my dogs. I don’t even think they were given a bath. It’s like they were cut and then just sprayed down with dry shampoo and doggie perfume. They are shedding so much and are so flaky. Both of my dogs have hair and not fur and never usually sheds. I’ve never seen so much dandruff come off of them before. One of my dogs is cut in two different places and her hair cut is uneven. Also caught one of the groomers cursing at the dogs as I waited in the waiting area. It was so much barking going on, I’m not really sure what was going on in the back but it did not sound good. I will not be returning. They are charging too much for low quality service.

I have been taking my dog to Doggone Rite for years. Every since his first hair cut. My dog is nine years old. They were on 79th across the street from Bogan high school. I will not let anyone else cut my dog hair, they cut Peanut hair perfect.

Very Very Rude. The woman who takes the phone calls at this establishment should be fired, I hope that it isn’t the owner who receives phone calls. If she talks to dogs the way she talks to humans I’m pretty sure your pet dislikes going to see her for cuts. If she treats animals the way she treats people I’m sure your dog does not like going to see her. I called and asked about availability because my dog had been to her facility once before, I was told that “you can take your dog wherever you been taking him” she then proceeded to tell me she’s give me recommendations hung up on my face and then sent me to voicemail once I called again. she was very rude and nasty, furthermore this is not the first review that stated this about her and I will be in contact with the better business bureau. Have a blessed black owned day!
