Thank you so much to Mark and Arthur for the AMAZING customer service and more importantly, thank you for taking such good care of my senior baby. I can tell he feels so much better now that he’s groomed. My 15 year old dog gets extremely anxious at the groomer and has a history of fainting. His old groomer would keep him there for 5+ hours and it was an all day ordeal. Forever Friend’s gave me the last appointment of the day so he wouldn’t have to be around other dogs and he was in an out in less than 1.5 hours. When I picked him up he was so happy. You guys have gained a forever customer!! I can’t say thank you enough. :)

I love that my senior pup is in and out in 1 hour. They let her lay down if she needs to so she isn't sore for days afterwards!!!

I have to say, I was a little nervous dropping my dog off here as I would anywhere for the first time. I just moved to the area from the city and have been searching around for a Groomer with decent reviews. Of all the Groomers in the immediate area, they had what I felt were most constructive reviews and the most reasonable responses to anything negative. They got me in quickly, within a week, listened to exactly how I wanted my Golden trimmed (nothing fancy) and to my surprise picking him up, he was nothing short of perfect. Absolutely no adjustments needed and they were all very nice and professional along the way. Nice Job!

Quick. My dog was happy going in and coming out.

I was told by phone one price it was $65 when we arrive to take our puppy back we charged $90 cash. I mean do you really think we will come back again? NO WAY. For some reason I can’t reply under your ‘word invasion’ . So I would clarify if you will my point here. 1.When I call a man on the phone said the pricing would be between $65-70 according the size of my dog. When we brought the dog, groomer took a look at our dog and said it would cost $70. 2. After a couple of course groomer call us back and said a lot of things such as our dog had a lot of skin problem, which is true and we regularly showing him to his vet, he as MANY dogs around has some mild allergies. But actually i was surprised you carrying about this, since you named yourself GROOMER not a Vet. So what I understand Groomer is a person who groom, vet is a person who treat. We didn’t ask you to treat his allergies, we ask you to groom. But when you or whoever called us from your office said that they already used some ‘special’ shampoo which in fact we didn’t ask for, then the man on phone said that price is going to be a bit higher. A bit HIGHER? Like how much higher. 3. My dog like any other is a real dog he is not a PLANT! So its should be fine if he makes different movements and could shake himself while somebody trying to groom him! Here I have a huge doubts about your ‘LONG’ experience with grooming different dogs before! 4. And last our dog is 7 yo and we groomed him thousand of times before, And had never issues with complaining groomers! The price was always not more than $65 around the area. We decided this time to give our shot to a new place just to support small businesses around. But when you charging A BIT HiGHER and this is $90 cash for services we didn’t ask for such as an ‘extra caring’ we are in a HUGE disappointment. We would NEVER recommend your place and will never come back!

This is the worse dog grooming we ever went to. I feel so disappointed, God knows how they treated my poor Jacky…They double charging without informing, was told one cost, after completion they doubled charged only for my dog not being quite!!! That’s insane!

Fantastic groomer. Usually do the bath package and add on dremeling for my golden retriever. They trim her paws beautifully and she always comes home fluffy and happy!

Take my 50 lb golden doodle for a cut and bath every couple months. They always do a great job. Prices are a little high but I don’t mind paying extra to get my doodle cut great! He always looks terrific! Thanks Mark!

Prices are great, my dog came back clean and happy, and their COVID measures made me very comfortable.

I really recommend this place, I've been bringing my 2 Maltese dogs for a long time, and soon we will be bringing another puppy. Arturo is great, the greeting and service we receive from Mark in person or on the phone is wonderful. Very happy with their service.

They are very professional and patient. When I went in to get my dogs nails cut and trimmed, they were very patient because my dog is reactive when meeting new people. I am very glad that I found this place and will be taking my dog there from now on!! ????

Great price and great service and a very nice staff that listened to me when I told him my dog has ear infections and what he needed to do to prevent that. I will go there again.

A long standing business in the niles community!! Truly the name of the store is how they feel about your dog!! Great parking in front of the store, great pricing, but amazing grooming my dog looks like a show dog;)) Best of all they are very knowledgeable to care for your dog on a daily basis. Give them a try always accepting new dogs!

Just took my fur baby here yesterday. I called and spoke to the owner, he was able to squeeze me in last minute. The groomer Arthur was very nice and personable. He listened to exactly what we wanted, and delivered. My little guy was super soft, fluffy and smelled great. I will definitely be returning

I've taken my pup here twice already and I'm always happy with the result. They do a good job and include all the extras like nail trimming, ear cleaning and anal gland expression as part of the standard bath. Only downside is cash only - but well worth it.

Anna does a great job. My dog always looks fantastic. Won't take her anywhere else.

This was my dogs first time to get a haircut and I have to say I’m very happy with the result. They cleaned my puppy really good and I loved how Anna (the owner) trimmed my pup. Very reasonable pricing and friendly staff. Also I can tell that Anna loves animals and takes pride in what she does. Also, my puppy is always scared of people and barks, but she was pretty comfortable there which she usually isn’t around new people. Thanks again for great service.

The ladies there are great. Brought my westie for the first time today and she's never looked better...her coat is so white and soft and she smells good too. They also did a great job trimming her nails. I will definitely be back!!!
