They are always so helpful and friendly. Dr. Saxon is one of the best vets we have ever seen.

First time here; suggested by my critter sitter. My 2 male cats were seen by Vet Tech, Caresse, & then by Dr. Saxon. This was a good experience for not only me, but my 2 cats as well. The Vet Tech. was thorough, professional, & caring. I brought in my cats' past history & current & past medicines taken for the record/review. This information was noted for doctor's information & input. Dr. Saxon took the time to truly check each cat out by feeling for anything abnormal, etc. & told me what she felt. My cats did well with the exam (probably because both Vet Tech & Dr. were calming & not rushing through exam unlike past vets & techs.) I am so happy my critter sitter suggested I call Parkdale!! Also just learned what to look for concerning my one cat with FIV & his teeth. etc. Thank you so much Dr. Saxon.

Been going here for years. Dr.Montgomery has treated all of our pets and has helped us through thick and thin. Ranging from from puppies/kittens to seniors. The receptionists and staff are friendly and go above and beyond. Highly recommend this vets office.

Excellent high frequency care and balanced advice June and July 2021 for a critical, jagged ~6 inch hind leg laceration with male cat.

My family has used Parkdale for over 50 years. We wouldn't take any of our fur babies anywhere else. The kindness and consideration just really makes this place. Years ago we also used them for safe boarding of several different babies over a number of times, never any complaints

VCA Parkdale Animal Hospital is full of caring and compassionate veterinary professionals. Dr. Saxon, in particular is extraordinary and I credit her with the survival of my cat who at a year old had bloodwork with a dangerously (read: lethal) high RBC count. She referred us to specialists in Louisville for additional testing to reach a diagnosis and has continued his follow up care with regular check ups and lab work. I have no doubt that my cat is still alive because of their care and dedication to treating their patients.

They took excellent care of my cat Beanie. They did everything possible to save her life, unfortunately she ended up needing to be put down. They were so sweet and kind during it, and got her paw prints, ashes, and even sent a card later on to my house. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I moved and didn't have a vet but our poor old cat was sick and this place was the only one that would see her in a reasonable time. I'm glad because it's out of the way for us but the people there are so nice and treat our sweet old girl with so much respect

My Uncle recommended this place when my dog woke up severely sick. This place squeezed me in that very day and took extremely good care of Bella. They were kind and very informative. They even called me later that day and the next day to check on Bella. They informed me if she gets worse, I do not need to call, even on the weekend I could just come in. I am so grateful to this place, without them my dog would not have made it.

Helped Dr. Freudenberg buy bricks as he would come to our house to treat our Quarter horses. Still taking our pets there!

Very good vets. Thought i was going to have to put my border collie down but they helped tremendously. Dog has been doing great since. Very reasonably priced for a vet.

We have been going to Parkdale for over 30 years. The Vets there are the best you will find anywhere. They genuinely care not only about the pet but the owner. You can rest assured that your pet or pets will get the best care you will find anywhere. If I could I would give them a hundred stars.

The people here are incredibly helpful, compassionate and go above and beyond. They have repeatedly provided relief to my two dogs and even saved one’s life who received a bacterial infection from a botched knee clip surgery from another vet. I happily drive 45 minutes to take my pups here.
