Our dogs absolutely love this place. They get so excited when we turn on the road it's funny and after a stay they sleep well.

They did a amazing job on both of our great pyrenees, Would definitely recommend them and their weekend schedules definitely help out with getting them the services they need when work during the week takes up most your time.

I appreciate that they usually have room, even when I call at the last minute. Our dogs always seem well taken care of.

They always do a great job with our dog. It's his favorite place to go.

Awesome place for your fur-babies

Twice now we had appointments (booked a month in advance) for our dogs to be groomed and when we showed up they told us they had overbooked and could not groom them. The time before they sent us to the owner to do grooming and it was obvious she was "fitting us in" as it took 12 hours!!! Go somewhere else if you really want a RELAIBLE professional dog groomer.

We have been going here for a while. The staff are always friendly. Chris rocks it grooming the dogs. I would highly recommend him. He is always nice when he calls to pick the dogs up, he calls if he has questions, and looks out for my older dog.

It's a nice little place that will watch your dog and treat them well. The dogs seem to have a lot of fun and are worn out after a visit, leaving a calm dog for later in the night. The staff is really nice and it's easy to go in and out with your dog.

Always feel relief when leaving our furbabies at Adorable Pooches Palace.

Best boarding facility I have ever used! The staff is very friendly, and they have gotten to know my dog well. They groom him exactly as I ask every time. The one time I had a grooming appointment but they couldnt get to my dog because a groomer was out, they comped me an overnight stay. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. Some places will charge extra to let boarded dogs play in daycare are sit behind the desk with the staff, but they do these things for free. Most importantly, Vegas is always excited to go there, and will often run and jump into the staff's lap when I take him there. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We left our dogs in their care after a very unexpected weekend trip. After reading mixed reviews, we thought we would give it a shot. The staff were friendly, and there seemed to be a lot of space behind the building for their use, but the kennels were very full, and very loud when we arrived in the middle of the day to drop off our two dogs. Our dogs, who usually thoroughly enjoy another local daycare location, were clearly highly stressed and anxious when picked up from Adorable Pooches Palace. I would note that I saw no dogs outside on either drop off or pickup, and the kennels were VERY loud during both times. Our Border Collie, who's known to have a small bladder, was obviously washed with shampoo when we picked her up. To me, this indicates that she most likely soiled herself in a kennel during an extended crating. We didn't have time to request a walk through before we used their facility, so I can't say for certain that it was unsatisfactory, but I believe we'll stick with our tried and true daycare in the future, as our dogs clearly did not enjoy being there.

My dog was a happy and healthy dog when we dropped him off Saturday. When I picked him up Monday he was different. He was scared, nearly terrified of me whenever I approached him to pet him. He had a severe limp in his back leg. When we contacted the Adorable Pooches Palace, their excuse was "maybe he played too hard." The manager was unable to get ahold of the two "gentlemen" who supervise large dog play to inquire if they observed anything. As our dog's limp is finally healing we notice he has large bite marks all over his back that are scabbing over. It would appear he's been in several aggressive interactions while under their care. Were any of these interactions noted or communicated to the pet's owners? No. This is why we will never do business here again or send our friends here. We feel our dog was neglected and possibly abused and it will take a lot of time for him to trust us again thanks to the poor quality care he received here.

My puppy can barely wait to get out of the car when we get there and is seriously worn out when I pick him up!
