Worst experience with a vet to date! Never followed up. Never ran tests they said they would run. Never helped my cat. Made me wait an hour and half. No apologies. Then was told I would “be put on the dr’s call list and ‘hopefully’ they would call back”. Completely unprofessional. Do not bring your pet to this clinic if care about it because they don’t care one bit.

The doctor is amazing, we had experience with her at highland as well, the doctor and tech the were amazing, lengthy visit made the tension kinda uncomfortable due to the maskless people

Went in for my dog's annual appt. as a new client. Spent 30 minutes in an office room before a technician even came in to greet us, take vitals, etc. During the visit the vet was kind/caring toward my dog, but explained her reasoning of treatment over the top and caused me, as the owner, to become nervous about what "could happen" if something that was going on progressed (allergies, anxiety, etc.). I felt like she was trying to scare me into doing (expensive) preventative care for my dog. She told me my dogs teeth were infected and prescribed an antibiotic. Didn't recommend brushing my dogs teeth? After finishing the abx, she rec'd a teeth cleaning, x-ray and potential extraction. The front desk staff rec'd I get my dog's teeth cleaned this way 2x/year, which is $500+ per time along with the risk of putting my dog under potentially unneeded anesthesia. I obtained a second opinion from a vet in Bloomington. The vet simply scrapped the tarter off my dogs teeth ($100) and said there was no infection. He recommended a toothpaste called C.E.T. and to brush 5x/week My new vet was upset that we were told to put my dog under unneeded anesthesia so often instead of simply brushing her teeth. We won't be back, get a second opinion.

Best veterinarian and staff I've been ar9in a long time.

Talked on phone about my cat and they got me scheduled there next day and the visit was only about an hour and a half... Very quick and very detailed oriented... Very professional would go again

They met us at the door to rush our ferret back to check his blood sugar. They saved our little guy. We love the friendly staff. Thank you all at U Vet, from the bottom of our hearts.

Everyone is amazing they answered all my questions and have been working with me and my dog for a couple years now I will always bring all of my pets to Uvet! Dr U is amazing and was able to save my 8 year old rot baby after a really nasty car accident she was involved in.

We took our Chocolate Lab in for her yearly shots. The staff there is wonderful! Very caring, attentive and helpful. Dr. Jimmy is one of the Best in this area!

Hi, i have to write a review because i have never in my life been to such an amazing Vet clinic. I lost my Bella, long hair beautiful cat, that was put down on January 21st. It was EXTREMELY hard, but Dr Yu, and his entire clinic, helped me. They were unreal kind, caring, considerate. There is no other Vet clinic i would ever want to go to. Thank you Dr. Yu and to every worker who was with me that day❤

Dr. Yu & his technicians are thorough, talented & loving caregivers for our two dogs. Our Yorkiepoo was a pet mill rescue & very difficult when we first adopted him. Dr. Yu, his wife as well as the techs were very patient during the early exams and soon won our rescue’s trust. The staff truly loves animals. We are very grateful to be in Dr. Yu’s capable hands & could not be more happy!

Animals are treated like their own pets. Does their best to make the animals and owners as comfortable as possible. Office pets are friendly and affectionate.

We recently had to bring our dog here because our normal vet was booked. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He has called several times since to check up and make sure she's doing well. We have definitely found ourselves a new vet and would highly recommend.

Awesome and informative staff! They all have good advice. The vet Jimmy Yu is very informative, and answers any questions you have. Everyone there is also very patient with the animals, they treat them like they are their own. Dr. Yu doesn't rush either, he is very detailed. Way better than most vets!

Excellent staff. Very compassionate and patient. I've brought all 3 of my rescues to them and they've continued to provide amazing service. My puppies are nervous babies at the vet, but Dr. Yu always seems to earn their trust through his patient and gentle approach. What more could you ask for in a vet?
