I love this vet! After almost losing my dog to the incompetence of Dr. Wild at Grand Prairie, we switch to Cedar Way. The staff is so kind & Dr. Tinio is absolutely incredible & reaches out even after closing or on weekends to check up on my pups.

Always a good experience with the vets here.

Doctor Hugo wig is the best

I the vet I had for years wasn’t providing the service or support necessary to feel confident. Cedar Way is fantastic and I know my dogs are in the best hands. So glad I decided to call them. Dr. Tinio is a dog lover and my dogs are Dr. Tinio lovers. The staff is incredible and always makes accommodations for the best possible care.

We recently switched to Cedar Way and so far I’m glad we did! Bella can be a handful when it comes to pokes and nail trims, but they get it done and she still seems happy! Thank you to the staff for being there for my girl!

Dog licking feet ,getting very red. Allergy related was able to get appointment right away. Doctor explained what needed to be done. All good. Dog doing better. Can't wait for first frost.

These people are amazing here!!!! They let me bring in a sick stray I found, same day, and took wonderful care of him. Both the tech and doctor are so thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable! You can really tell how much they care about animals and that this isn't just a job for them, but a passion. Truly impressed with how awesome this vet is!!! Would recommend 11/10

I wouldn't trust our two puppies with anyone else.

Terrible customer service. Forgot my phone at home when I brought my dog here and they would not let me in. Went by the exit door and the girl at the front desk clearly saw and I motioned her to front door… she just sat there as my dog and I waited for 5 mins and still no one came…. So we just walked back to car and left. Girl still did not come and catch us before we left. Will be taking my dogs elsewhere.

The fear free approach you gave to our 60 pound Charlie for his annual exam was fantastic! And his nails were well trimmed without anxiety! Thank you for the great experience.

We've been going to Cedarway vet for 8+ years and my last visit will most likely be my last visit to this vet. I understand with covid 19 there are special precautions that are taken and I'm fine with that. What I'm not fine with is waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my appointment and then some new vet looks at at my dog for 5 minutes prescribes some pills and she's done. But during my 5 minute visit we were interrupted twice by a technician so it was probably a 3 minute vet check. Worst visit ever. I gave them 3 stars because I really like the other vets there. They take their time and really check your pet/family member out, not so much on my last visit.

The doctors and staff at Cedar Way Vet Clinic are caring, knowledgeable, and keep you well informed. My pets flourish under their care! Thank you CWVC for all you do!

We have been bringing our dog to Cedar Way since he was a puppy and they have been awesome! Last fall Dr. Tinnio correctly suspected he had blastomycosis and because of that we were able to get him treated early on and he recovered 100% from what is a deadly disease if not caught in time. Highly recommend Cedar Way... all of the staff are friendly and professional.

Cedar way has been taking care of our cats for many years. They are kind, caring, and compassionate. The team is always willing to go the extra mile to help us and our pets feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you!

Love the care my dog has had over the last 10 years. He’s had 2 surgeries and all went very well. 5 The staff is very kind and Dr. Hoogeweg is an excellent and thorough vet.

Oh my, I simply gave a 4 based on the high cost of a yearly check-up. $300 plus seems like a tad much. Maybe that's the going rate nowadays. I used an in home vet for 14 years with our last dog - then Midwest Veterinary hospital until he died at the age of 15. Both were considerable cheaper, however, the quality of care at Cedar Way has been outstanding.

Best vet in the area

Took my senior dog in for her annuals. Dr Frank suggested xrays since red cell count was just a little off. Found tumor in her spleen and surgery was schedule right away. Thankfully, it was not cancer! Dr Frank was very thorough explaining everything to me. They took good care of our dog and she is doing so well now!

My dogs are like my children and I feel so comfortable bringing them there the staff is friendly from start to finish. I have never had a bad experience

We needed some much needed and quick care for our pet Rex Rats and Cedar Way Vet Clinic was so great. The whole staff was so helpful and very nice an caring for our unusual pets needs.

Dr. Tinio was so great. 2 years ago, the day after Valentine's day, I had to make the hardest decision in taking in my beloved orange tabby, Gizmo. He was my 19 year old best friend, and love of my life. The entire staff made such a hard experience so much easier on my mother and I. They even sent me a card in the mail expressing their sadness, yet reminding me I made the best decision for my baby. Thank you Cedar Way for being so awesome and kind. As long as I'm in illinois, I will never take my pets anywhere else.

I have been bringing my fur baby there for the past five years. My last recent visit did not go so well. I was overcharged on a medication (they claimed it was an error- and should not have been on the receipt) I brought it to their attention and I spoke with an employee named “Debbie” who was by far the RUDEST person I’ve ever spoken to!!! She started yelling at me and acted completely unprofessional! Found out later they suspended my account!! That’s ok..because I would NEVER want her coming anywhere near my babygirl!!! Neither one of the two doctors there contacted me regarding the way I was treated!!

The staff is very rude and love hanging up on you if they disagree with you. The Vet is great, but his staff is terrible. Very much over priced and would not go there again, Please stay way and spend your $ anywhere else. P.S the reviews are fake. All family and friends. Don

Had an appointment set a month and a half ago and was turned away after being 7 minutes late for routine dog shots. 3 of those minutes was me on hold waiting outside for them to come get my dog. This place must feel they have enough customers to not be concerned about loosing them. Long story short I ended up going to Midwest Animal Clinic on Wolf Rd 11205 183rd place walked in no appointment needed , very welcoming, friendly and glad to help out. Will be refering everyone I can to Midwest Animal Clinic !!!

Vets and staff are great and very compassionate about their jobs. Everyone is friendly and engaging. There is never any hard sell on any services, just information and then it is your choice. Would highly recommend this veterinarian for your pet.
