PetSmart Naperville, Illinois

Great place to get pet supplies and food for my cat Dexter who has a food allergy. They are always helpful to us humans owned by cats. We also adopted Dexter here and this particular PetSmart is special to us.

My dog Ramona recently stayed at the pet hotel while I went on a family vacation. Usually, when I go out of town, she stays with my family. I was super nervous to leave her anywhere other than with family, as I have an incredibly anxious dog. However, Petsmart went above and beyond to make both me and my dog completely comfortable with the experience! They even provided me with daily updates. At the end of her stay, I have a family member pick her up for me. My family member said, “She seemed like she didn’t wanna leave! She loved the employees!” I would definitely bring my dog to their pet hotel again!

BEST PETSMART I HAVE BEEN TO!!! I have a senior dog a beagle who since have a stroke a few months ago is now very loud and hates getting her nails cut and has no problem letting everyone in the store know this! It is terrible taking her in she sounds like they are hurting her and I KNOW THEY ARE NOT! I took her back (2nd time since she was sick) and the groomer was awesome they figured out exactly what to do to make her happy and she did not bark one time and was done in Less than 10 minutes!!! The groomers here are amazing and have always addressed any concerns I have! Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my dog!!

I went there and saw so many small animals. Cats, dogs, birds, parrots, puppies, rabbits and many more . Animals and Everything they need you can get it in this one place.

The dog training program is great. Jill is an excellent teacher.

Everything you need for your pet. Even for a trip to get doggy out the house, like a shopping mall to them.

This facility for grooming is always professional and very friendly.

Good place for a pet or pet supplies

I often come in here to check out the cats. If you came a few months ago and there weren't any, or if there were cats but it was like they were just phoning it in, come back. Last time I came the cats were excellent.

I love this store, they have everything I need for my pets and also they have an adoption place ( kittens and cats) . Keep up the great work.

They grooming team is not friendly . THEY are rude and arrogant.

Huge store clean and odor free

I’ve take my dog to the pet hotel many times. This time I had ended his stay with a bath at pet smart grooming. I was called shortly after his appointment started and was told by the groomer he had a pretty good sized cut on his back that was bleeding so she wasn’t able to service him. I was shocked and angry… because the cut had not been there before and NOT A SINGLE PERSON THERE HAD THE NERVE TO CALL ME AND TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED. Extremely upset I rushed to pet smart and to the hotel to pick him up where Kathy (A Pet Smart Hotel Employee) walked with me back to grooming as she hadn’t been made aware of the incident that occurred at the hotel. Kathy… who I’m not sure how qualified she is working at the hotel to inform me the nature of his wound, had told me that it was an old scab! But when grooming had evaluated him 3 days prior there was no such thing. I was extremely angry and was ready to leave with him which they made extremely difficult. I rushed back to the hotel with Kathy and while I was waiting to pay she had the nerve to say “The more (my dog) stays here the more aggressive he gets” which I find to be extremely hard to believe as we’ve never gotten such a complaint. I told her not to worry about it and he wouldn’t be coming back. I couldn’t believe she Would’ve told me that had I not been angry with her… and such bad timing for a comment like that when my dog is bleeding down the hall. Kathy is by far the worst employee I’ve come into contact with at this PetSmart. I’ve been there multiple times for grooming and the hotel and yet none have been as awful as she has. She needs much more training in customer service before she’s ever allowed to work a job like she currently has again. My dog was in pain and instead of letting me rush him to the pet she instead decided to waste my time by attacking both me and my dog verbally and having an attitude while doing so. I’ll never let him go back there again. People who work with dogs should be some of the best and most kindest people around… Kathy is the exact opposite of the type of people that should be working in that hotel.

Had my Dog groomed by Raven she did an amazing job well be bringing her back for her next hair cut.

This PetSmart is the best in the area. Friendly staff and stocked shelves make trips here quick and pleasant.

Do not use this store for grooming. They ruined my puppy's fur. They spot shaved so bad and irregular, especially where I asked them not to do. They even cut off the whiskers, when I asked them why did they do it. The girl said, they always do that. She wasn't ready to accept whiskers are important for senses. I wouldn't recommend this stores groomers

I take my dog there to play To grooming Hair shampoo/blow dry and of course buy his food, but my baby favorites are the girls at the hair salon he love them and is always excited & happy to see them...thanks!

Great service, products, great store!

Courtesy staff and professional but somewhat expensive

If you want to send your pet here for grooming be careful as they will come back harmed and traumatized. The groomer cut his nail too far but failed to disclose the injury upon pick up. Once I got home unnoticed his bleeding paw that wouldn’t stop bleeding.
