I was disappointed because the items that I wanted to purchase were not available (small training treats, small training carrier, and a small slow feeder). Consequently, I purchased the items with one of your competitors.

Ships animals in plastic, all products are sold in plastic bags, oh they sell animals too.

We always board our dog ???? at the PetsHotel at PetSmart, Scout loves doggie day camp there and they take great care of her.

They do not take care of their reptiles in this location, I was working with a vet to try healing a sick bearded dragon I bought from here and she was so sick that she still passed away. Management was very rude over the phone with me when I called them over the situation.

Low on stock and low on staff, overall ok.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They follow their policies and treat everyone with respect!

I just adopted another Parakeet. Her wings are not clipped, I'm so happy she can fly.

There are a few employees who are crabby but all in all, they're always helpful and clean and it's always a nice visit. Generally, everything is stocked.

Found a great replacement aquarium for my mom that was on sale at a great price!

Entered a line and Grey haired older man very passive aggressively told us to leave the line and told us to go to another. He made us feel like we were a bother when we were very polite. Rude af. Also was scolding a worker in front of customers. Not professional at all.

So long as they my brand of puppy pads. I'll keep on shopping there. Cashiers and employees are very nice and helpful

Nice store and staff. Stopped by to see their stock of freshwater fish. If you are a fish hobbyist, this particular store had a poor selection. What fish they had, were barely past fry stage.

I ussaly shop at Meijer or Walmart so when I walked I was this store the cats section was a whole side of the store I couldn't stop grabbing stuff to buy dangerous but so worth it ????????????????

A store that offers free water testing has been mass killing their fish because of a chemical issue for multiple weeks now. You can tell a lot about a pet store by their fish tanks. You need to be proactive and dedicate time to keeping them clean. The fact most takes have fish that have clearly been dead for multiple days and are in the process of being eating by the other fish says a lot. I know petsmart as a whole used COVID as an excuse to execute a long desired plan to kill staffing levels and it really shows they shouldn’t have any pets in their care

I cannot believe the level of service I received at this PetSmart location. I went in for a nail appointment for my puppy (who’s anxious) and Sheila cared for my dog as if she was her own! She was AMAZING, gentle and patient, even during a busy 11am on a Saturday visit, from the time I checked in to the time we left. We also spoke to two employees as we were walking through the store who were friendly and helpful! The best location! Thank you all ????

I went to set-up a grooming appointment for my dog. I was informed that I could not set-up an appointment during prime hours because my dog was nervous at an appointment when he was three months old so I would have to come in during the workday at a non peak time. This place allows teenagers to make notes in the system that permanently effects scheduling grooming appointments for the duration of your dogs life. I spoke with Cara who showed zero willingness to work with me on this. This dog is the most friendly, outgoing dog and shows zero signs of nerves. Here's a solution, only allow managers to make notes in your system and work with customers to find a solution. There is a reason when you go on the Petsmart-Aurora website that grooming has the lowest ratings. I would advise you to choose a different grooming option from the numerous options in the area.
