They have a huge selection of dog food. Also, I found a large selection of the brand and flavor she likes. Chewy didn’t have it, and Amazon was twice as expensive. Walmart and Petsmart have either none of her flavor, or only a little in stock. She needs the Cesar’s Duck or Turkey. I bought 50 trays. I’ve tried so many other brands (much more expensive), including freeze dried and raw, and many times it either made her tummy sick, or she would have seizures, no matter how slow I tried to switch her. She’s now 16 years old. She’s now blind, but still a happy dog.

Self clean dog area worth the price.

Good selection of items, could use more hard natural dog chew selection. But found plenty of things my pets liked

Pet Supplies Plus in north Naperville has been absolutely wonderful during the pandemic. I have used their curbside pick up and it has been so easy to order and convenient. I really appreciate their efforts to not only make it safer for me a senior citizen but for their staff as well. Thank you to all of the staff.

I was out of dog treats before I left for a couple days I was very happy to find their store! Large selection of dog food Plenty of Christmas treats toys ect.zStaff was very helpful in finding everything I needed and more.They have a great sale going on bacon treats buy one get one free! And rex loves the peanut butter Christmas cookies

Friendly staff, but the dog bath area could improve. There is a set temp of the water and you can’t change it. We had to ask for towels twice bc they didn’t give us towels to begin with. Then, they only gave us two small towels for our HUGE 110 pound German Shepard. But our boy came out happy and clean!

At least they are still open.

Mixed service, good but limited supply

I often find myself running here to get crickets and some other stuff for my frog.

I always get friendly service here. The place is well kept. They have a good variety of pet foods. There's a dog washing station in the back of the store that is well maintained.

Their fish department is awful. No one asks if you need anything. No Canada Pooch outerwear. The store is going downhill.

I'm a big fan of the Pet Supplies Plus stores. Staff is always friendly. Asked for a recommendation on some new dog food and the lady who assisted me was very helpful. It's worth joining their loyalty program.

A Dog lover's paradise! Staff members have superb listening skills and the wide selection of dog products is great! Please continue carrying "Zuke's " dog treats! My dog loves them and at the end of the day her opinion is the one that matters!

Someone please adopt Ralph, he's been there 3 weeks and it's intolerable. I'm at my cat limit, and he's delightful.

I go out of my way to shop at the store. Everybody is very friendly and helpful. They have what I want in stock and it’s a pleasant all-around experience every time. I highly recommend pet supplies plus South Naperville.

I like this store. The employees are cheerful when I walk up to the register. Thats makes a big difference. I brought my new cat into the store one day a few months back. Oops! She got out of her harness in the store. Very embrassing & then we had to crawl all over the floor to grab her. The manager helped and a few employees. It took awhile ...and the manager was covered in dirt, dust and hair. I apologized for that. Her response was, thats ok. Its laundry day tomorrow. We chuckled.. It has been months since that. I wish I could remember her name. But I thank you so very much for your kindness. I have been going to that store more often because of that. Keep up the great Customer Service!!! It does make a difference.

Super friendly employees! All their cats are rescues looking for their forever homes. However, they did not have a reptile section.

I mean if you've gone to one PSS you've gone to them all, got all the good brands, just come adopt the kitties they're always full and the staff behind their adoption agencies always need the money
