I usually don’t write reviews but am so thankful for happy puppy & the quality they provide. I knew I wanted to utilize doggy daycare for my dog Sansa but was worried of who to entrust the care of her with while I was at work. I had seen & talked with a couple of other daycares & didn’t feel like my concerns or questions were answered & that they quickly just wanted me to pay & have her go there. I decided to call happy puppy after seeing the reviews & felt the genuine care they give just after one phone call with Kevin. He reassured me all they do to meet the needs of the dog & make sure it is a safe environment. From her trial day since I feel so grateful I choose Happy Puppy & Sansa is too. From my original worry of her being timid or anxious to go to doggy daycare to now not being able to open the car door quick enough to let her out to get inside. I am so thankful for all that you guys do & the care & attention you give all. From someone who was worried to let her dog go to a dog daycare at all to having her enrolled for 5 days a week- thanks so much!

I want to give a shout out to Happy Puppy Doggy Daycare in Naperville! Kevin, Tim and Shalom are absolutely awesome. We are moving in a couple of weeks and Happy Puppy Doggy Daycare and Cage-Free Boarding - Naperville will be tough to replace. Sunny has been so happy there. Thank you Happy Puppy ???? ❤️. You gave us piece of mind that Sunny was so well loved and cared for. We will miss all of you.

Happy puppy goes up and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend taking your pup there. Bonus…my dog can’t wait to get out of the car and play with his buddies.

We started taking our rescue, Charley, to Happy Puppy a couple months ago. I can’t say enough good things about them! We are greeted promptly with a smile and they’ve always been responsive and very easy to work with. Charley LOVES to go and almost jumps out of the car when we get close. Kevin and his entire team are true dog lovers, it is apparent in how well they take care of all the sweet pups! Our trips out of town are way more fun knowing our Charley is in such good hands.

I feel so relaxed every time I leave my girl here! She is my little princess and I was so nervous to board her or take her to daycare. Every time we show up, she runs right in, which is so reassuring as a puppy parent. In addition, the staff is communicative and professional. Thank you so my for taking such good care of my girl!

This place is top notch! From the facility, to the staff, to the owner we have been taken care of and always feel comfortable leaving our two dogs here for daycare and our yearly vacations. I wouldn’t trust any other place with them. Our two boys always come home happy and tired, which is huge! Kevin the owner, Tim and shalom are always happy to go above and beyond for us and you can tell they really love their “pack”. I have never had anything but a positive experience with them and the other staff. My wife and I would recommend Happy Puppy to anyone!

Best place you could take your dog for daycare and or boarding! Bring my rambunctious puppy there once per week and he loves it and sleeps all the next day. Owner Kevin is very responsive and reliable with concerns and questions. I’d recommend this place to anyone with a pooch!

I have taken my dogs to Happy Puppy over the past several years. I really feel good about my dogs going and enjoying being a part of a pack! They are so professional and knowledgeable. When I called to bring my dogs in the first time, they temperament test the dogs for a day to make sure there is no aggressive behavior, and that they are appropriate for day care. I LOVED this! It makes me feel even better about having my dogs there, as I know that they are really selective about the dogs they allow there. The best part is when I pull up to drop them off, they are so excited to go in! The staff really care and love the dogs - you can really tell. I don’t normally write reviews, but I do read and appreciate them so that I can make wise decisions. This is a fantastic place, not only for your animals, but also for you the owner. My dogs come home so tired from playing and interacting with the other dogs, and the staff are wonderful to work with. I can’t recommend Happy Puppy enough! There are lots of choices for dog day care - do your research and read reviews. This place is truly top notch! Thank you for all you do for our furry creatures. Grateful and Happy customer.

Simply amazing!! I can't think of a better place for my puppy to be while I am at work. From the very first day I knew he was in amazing hands with genuine people that love dogs. My puppy can't get through the door fast enough to go play with this friends he is just so excited. If you are looking for an affordable and trustworthy doggy daycare look no further. We were looking for a place for Robi (7 Month Lab) to socialize and to release some energy. Happy Puppy is amazing. Everyone is so caring and they put individual attention to each dog. We have seen so much improvement in Robi’s behavior at home. We highly recommend Happy Puppy! ????

Me and my pup had the most awful experience. We called and made an appointment for a first visit. The guy told me he was a former mortgage banker but i forgot his name. He said he wanted to test my dog in the environment, kind of like a temperament test. I wanted to watch so I stayed. My pup did well but as soon he tried to initiate any play, the guy ran after him with a huge water cannon. He grabbed him by the collar and dragged him in one of the kennels in the back as 'punishment'. He claimed my pup was 'aggressive'. However, the guy still 'allowed' me to leave him there but I had seen enough. My pup is a regular doggy day care camper since he was little and never had any issues. Now I realized that none of the puppies played, they were terrified. There are no cameras for customers to watch any of this stuff. Also, no one is there outside the drop off or pick up times, no one opening the door and no car outside. Now it dawned on me. Flawless 5 star ratings from people that cannot check what's going on in there outside the visiting hours? Happy owners that are amazed how quiet and peaceful their puppies are because they are terrified to play. It all made sense to me now. We love Happy Puppy so much. We have an 8 month German Shepherd named Tipp and he started going to daycare very young! He has the best manners and we credit that to Happy Puppy! We take him to a dog park and he is always the friendliest dog in the park. Literally. Everyone is always shock. His play is amazing! Never growls or barks. I can’t say enough good things!

We adopted high energy, handsome Bert from a shelter 1yr ago. Bert lacked manners and social skills (did I mention he is handsome?). My husband and I worked with him, but found he needed more. Happy Puppy was recommended to us by a friend. We checked them out and never looked back. The staff worked with us to ensure we were using the same "buzz words" while working with Bert. Happy Puppy proved to be the best decision we made for Bert. He loves going there! His visits expel excess energy and he has never met a dog he doesn't love. The staff.... Amazing! We’ve been taking our dog to Happy Puppy for over a year and we couldn’t be more pleased! Our dog LOVES going to Happy Puppy and she literally bull rams the gate to get in and start playing. Happy puppy encourages calm energy play. This is a fantastic environment for your dog to socialize with other dogs, to learn appropriate play and run out that energy! I was so impressed with Happy Puppy and it’s manager Kathy. We have a very active Great Dane who requires lots of attention and room to grow and the facility and staff were more than able to accommodate him. Shortie (our Dane) played happily with every dog there and received loving attention from the staff through the day and we received the updates through the day to calm our fears. Kathy showed us the facility and walked us through a standard day at doggy daycare and it was such a loving environment.

I have been coming to Happy Puppy about once a week for the last few months. We have had great success with our young golden retriever (Wendy) at Happy Puppy. Wendy has tried other day cares in the area but none she is as excited to go to as Happy Puppy. What I can says for sure is I have a calm and happy dog after Happy Puppy daycare, often times for days. All the staff I have met are very nice and easy going people. Tommy who works with the dogs most shows clearly through his actions that he loves what he does and is very good at it. He shows these dogs the perfect balance of care and leadership. He is also great with his customers and is always eager to help. Happy Puppy is 20 minutes away from me and I also have another decent daycare closer to my house (only 5 minutes away). I drive an extra 15 minutes to bring my dog to Tommy. I do this for the peace of mind that is provided on all ends. I highly recommend Happy Puppy!!

I've been taking my dog to Happy Puppy for almost 5 years now. I've tried 2 others before finding this place and can say that Happy Puppy is by far the best. Kevin (The owner) really knows dogs and his industry well. My dog is always excited to go and comes home tired after playing all day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
