Best Banfield Hospital around this area. Dr Chestnut has taken care of my dogs for years. Wherever he goes I will follow!

Please don’t sign up for the pet monthly insurance plan. It’s a complete scam. You’re actually will be responsible for one year contract, which banfield staff will not tell you, they tell you it’s a month to month. They also offer bunch of unnecessary services for your dog and tell you that the plan covers everything like genetic testing and such, but at the end of the year will charge you for it! Beware! Scam!

I really enjoy my shopping experience at TJMAXX, this location has great finds and friendly staff.

Used to go to animal hospital of Plainfield. Not going back. Glad to have a new home for my dogs to get their care. Prices here are way more reasonable. Way easier to make an appointment, they checked all 3 of my dogs thoroughly. They have an app that has access to all documents / pet history . Just a way better experience. Thanks for doing a good job, being fair and taking care of my babies!

Don't like that I wasn't given chance to talk to Doc about our new pups first exam. Also, no one at front desk could answer if I were to ever cancel wellness plan, if there would be a charge but quick to charge me for the wellness pkg at the same time.

Unable to get in when your pet is ill. Hard to get appoints because they are busy yet they have closed sites. They focus on well pet visits so should not call themsves a pet hospital.

They have always been great to my dog and I. I love their insurance program. I would recommend this location to everyone. Great staff!

Did not get to ask questions or talk to vet, was only allowed to talk to receptionist. Seemed overpriced with a lot of surprise add on charges with getting the health plan.

They took great care of my dog Milo who was in for his yearly vaccinations! He loves the doctors and technicians.

First time at this Banfield and received the worst care from the vet technician/ assistant. Very rude and even smirked and held in her laugh while the doctor and I talked to each other. Regret coming to this place! The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable , but that lady was the absolute worst. She couldn’t even approach my pup and make appropriate contact with him. Secretary was polite at first and once I left, she had changed her attitude far worse. Waited 25 minutes just to get checked in.

I wouldn't know. They didn't have any appointments or walk-ins available on my one day off ....

Terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The vet clinic is understaffed our our experience with the vets has been abysmal. Due to a failure of the staff to complete necessary tests and their lack of professionalism with communicating test results in a timely manner, my pet's condition has worsened and I have incurred over $500 in vet bills from other clinics. Banfield refuses to waive my cancellation fee for my Wellness Plan. Take your pet elsewhere!

We had a wonderful experience with Banfield in Naperville. We brought out new puppy in because she was sick. Found out she had Parvo. Everyone was sooo very caring, and Dr. Tolliver was the most kind and caring vet I have ever met! Our puppy almost didn't make it, but the vet and staff helped us out, and we were able to administer fluid through iv at home. Not at one point did we feel taken advantage of. This place really cares for your pets! We know we will forever bring our animals here. Thank you soo much to the staff of Banfield in Naperville!

Excellent, Competent Service! They explain everything in detail regarding the treatment of our dog. I highly recommend them. Good value on the Wellness Plan. I want to specifically call out Dr. Kumar! I give him 10 stars!
