The staff and Drs not only treat my dog kindly, but also help my husband and I navigate the finances. It seems whenever we’ve had a checkup at the vet, we’ve had some expensive medical care and their associated bills. The staff at MAH have helped us navigate the bills and help us take advantage of the pet health insurance so we could take the best care of our dog.

Absolutely love this animal hospital! We've been taking our pets here for over 13 years. Dr. Herman was our guy but since he has retired we have been happy with every doctor we've seen there. Highly recommend this place!

I brought my newborn puppie In yesterday I was given antibiotic to give him the docter stated he was heathy only with a cold he is dDEAD today do not go to this vet on money hungry people

Had a great experience with my 4 animals as new patients until I forgot to bring the fecal sample in that I already paid for in advance. I spent 1300 on 4 animals visits and then was told that if I didn’t bring the fecal sample in yesterday (2 weeks after the appointment and there was a holiday) that I would be charged additional fees. This was all done via text also. I already paid for the fecal sample why would I be charged again. Very disappointed.

Two words: pleasantly surprised. Everybody at the office was friendly yet professional; Dr Bloomberg was magical>> my cat, who at first was scared and agitated became quiet and calm when the doctor came in (she had a calming effect over me too :-). The doc was patient and she answered all my questions.

Mundelein Animal Hospital has supervised the health of six dogs in our family over the last 26 years. We've remained with them for the same reason we've remained married -- if it ain't broke, no need to change it. Through multiple veterinarians and staff people, MAH folks have responded to our concerns, explained their advice, treated us compassionately, and have helped our oldest dogs thrive well into their teens. We're staying!

The staff at Mundelein Animal Hospital are absolutely wonderful. I bring my cats & dogs here for their yearly check-ups, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences over the past 2.5 years. This past week I called them looking for guidance when my dog Juno cracked/split her toenail; they were fully booked for the remaining hours they were open, but they found a spot where they could squeeze me in to examine her. They took great care of her toenail, wrapped up her foot, and saved me from needing to go to a new vet at the last minute. The staff was so caring with Juno, and I always feel at ease knowing my pets are in the best of hands. Thanks to Mundelein Animal Hospital for consistently doing an amazing job each & every time.

The staff follows all CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe. The doctor was very professional and answered all my questions. My Great Dane was very nervous but they were able to trim his nails without a problem.

Every single person that works at the Mundelein Animal Hospital is pleasant and knowledgeable. Each doctor treats my dogs like they actually know them. And they really do care, I can't imagine using a different clinic for my fur babies. Mundelein Animal Hospital is the only place for my family.

Dr. Long is the best! My sweet old kitty gets anxious and vocal at her visit but Dr Long never sways from her calm and reassuring manner. So thorough and attentive. The technician and front desk are great also.I would definitely recommend this team to anyone.

Excellent service and a place that is totally accessible and accommodating. Mundelein Animal Hospital treats each client and it's human parent like family. I moved several towns away with many Veterinarian clinics in between; but MAH is well worth the drive!

BIRD OWNERS: THEY HAVE AN AVIAN VET! :) Anyways, all of my family go here, and for a great reason. They've been so nice to my dog and previous cat! We're now taking our new cat here, and I have now brought my birds here! My bird has been chronically throwing up for a year now, this is my third vet now. They were so awesome with getting me in same day, and the avian vet was awesome. Techs and receptionists and nice and friendly!! Techs and receptionists are always excited to greet you and your pets, to be honest they're more excited to see your babies and treat them with love ;) The avian vet listened to my concerns and even just had a bird related conversation with me, she offered me good advice with other unrelated things that were to my visit, and even gave me a different medication to try to help my bird! There is a reason why my family, and my uncle, all come here! Great staff, great location, and great service! For sure will always give a call if my birds or any other pets need help.
