Artistic Pet Grooming Mundelein, Illinois

I brought both our family dog and cat to this pet salon for the first time. The animals came home very happy and without stress. The grooming staff is very professional and show genuine care and expertise to each pet's needs. We also received a holiday baggie of treats/coupons which was thoughtful. I highly recommend their services.

Glad to have found a really good local business to take of my dog grooming needs. Really good products used as my Roxy comes out shiny, soft, and smelling great and not so doggy.

I had brought my dog here for quite some time before deciding to go elsewhere. I tried to give the owner the benefit of the doubt since grooming all day can be hard work but she just isn't very pleasant and the last time I went she was almost mean to another dog but caught herself before she was. It was an uncomfortable experience. Unfortuantely that was what I needed to see to make my decision.

I’m not the one to make a review much but I’m going out of my way to give this business a poor review do to the quality and attitude they gave me and my dog. When I first walked in the lady with the heavy European accent quickly and aggressively grabbed my dog by the leash and pulled him, causing him to trip and fall. I told the lady to please be careful and she said “don’t worry about it!” Then when I received him back she cut his hair the way she wanted it from her personal view not what we talked about it.lastly I noticed he was limping from one leg and then noticed that they had over cut 2 of his nails and it was hurting him. I’m very disappointed in this service and the way they have conducted and presented themselves. I will not ever go back here again.

Is a good place but not the best

Wonderful people and great with my pups!

Took my husky to get a desheeting there and was told he was going to get a bath and get all the dead hair brush out and it was going to take a couple of hours I got him back clean but in 35 minutes the hair was not gon still there had him in my car for 5 minute drive back home he left more hair in the car seat that ever he got clean but he didn’t have the right desheeting done will not go back it’s cheape but you get what you pay..

Love Artistic Pet Grooming. They are so good with my Sophie who is a Great Pyrenees, Anatolian Shepherd mix and she always comes home so beautiful. Love the fact they are not caged when waiting to be groomed or to be picked up.

The best in the area the staff are wonderful and experienced. Royal care for your pooch!!!
