At 4am this morning it was 14 hours since I left your facility with my sick dog, some antibiotics, nausea medicine and a $300 bill. My buddy is gone as of this morning. Merry Christmas.

A little pricey, but they definitely provide wonderful service

Very rough and will not allow you to be with your dog while they take blood. They are scared of the bully breed so they muzzle them and tie them down. Pathetic and I will never reccomend nor will I ever go back.

Took care of my pets and understand that the price of surgery type deals are high, so they work with you.

They've did great with our accident litter and now fixing momma so it doesn't happen again. They cut her nails without me asking but not complaining. This yr has been rough and she needed it. Superior care! Pricing is better than most. All staff we've encountered had been fundamental. Highly recommended.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They took very good care of my cat. I will be taking all of my dogs and cats to them. They were all so nice.

My dog got very sick after seeing this Vet. I called their emergency line last night hoping for guidance as I was concerned she was dehydrated. This is the response I got. Not helpful or concerned at all. Ended up paying for a virtual vet visit with someone else for help. After following the other doctors advice, my dog is now taking in liquid and feeling better. Still waiting for response from lamczyk. I'm not one to post a lot of negative stuff, but I'm flat out disgusted.

They are extremely nice but simply DO NOT know what they are doing. We brought our dog to them a month ago when she started to get sick, they told us she was fine and ready to go home. A month later she’s deathly ill, so we bring her back in and they proceed to tell us she’s fine, give her a shot and send her home. The next day she can’t move so we bring her back in, they told us they would call with an update. I then called them later in the morning and they told me to call back later if I wanted because the doctor was at lunch. I call back two hours later for them to tell me that my dog died a minute prior to me calling. I’m not the type to bash a business in any way but trust me when I say, save your pet, go elsewhere.

I have never had a complaint take my dogs here very professional and knowledgeable.

Their staff are the best of the best. Kind, courteous and very informative.

Got a dental for my little dog. Just like a service not as personable as they use to be. Of course very expensive. But dentals are.

It was good. It used to be more personal. Now it is less friendly and more a number.

I needed an emergency vet and Dr. LAMCZYK responded within 20 minutes. He was very professional and compassionate. He did what he had to do; without running a lot of unnecessary tests. He saved (Meeka) my cat's life, without a doubt. He is "paws-down" the best veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with...HIGHLY recommend him! Thank you, Dr. LAMCZYK. Micki

Great experience very thorough and caring not just a number thank you

All I can say is they were able do in 1 week what 3 other vets could not do in 3.5 months! They successfully treated my dog ongoing stomach and ear issues and calmed both an anxious owner and Ace! I am grateful I took a chance here. JoLynn, Braden, the front desk staff, the red haired guy and the tech with the shepherd were all immensely accommodating, friendly, and patient when I needed explanations. Happy dog.. Enough said!

Amazing!!! We found a stray dog, took him in not really knowing anything about veterinarians period. They were super helpful over the phone and in person told me everything I needed. Chip check, vaccines, and prices were amazing too!! Will go back here for as long as we're in Mt Vernon.

We had an emergency we called and they said they would wait till we got there, everyone was very nice.

Miss diagnosis of a pet after letting them know what the problem was. It was a very clear and obvious condition that IS cured with medication. End result we lost out pet...won't return
