Was great from beginning to end. Greater with a very friendly receptionist. Then it was a super informative nurse. Followed up with the doctor making sure your leaving with all your questions answered. Good job guys!!!

As many pets, copper is excitable. The staff always accommodates to copper and the other pets to comfort them and keep them safe. They answer any questions I have about copper.

We had been with our previous vet for years. We took our Boxer to Little Egypt Vet Clinic for a second opinion more like a third opinion. Dr. Parker was great and resolved our problem with out surgery and the risks that would've came with putting our girl under. Dr. Parker knows his stuff, has common sense and is extremely affordable.

We are very happy with the services we have received for our new puppy! Prices are fair and everyone is very nice and knowledgeable!

The staff have been nothing but caring and welcoming to my cats. :) When I had a house fire and nowhere to turn, they took my babies in until I could get us into a hotel.

They were a little pricey!! Sooo I had to cancel. sorry!

I feel that both my kittens have received excellent care. My questions are always answered and Dr. Parker is very attentive to their needs. The office staff is friendly and very helpful.

The entire staff is very friendly and professional! The cost is reasonable, the veterinarian is gentle with the animals and well educated with how determining what each animal needs. Plus, the appointment time frames are flexible and extend into the afternoon, which is SUPER beneficial so that you don’t have to miss work to get your pets health taken care of. I highly recommend them!

I was impressed with our initial visit with them when I brought our daughter to bring her cat in. We have to take our dog in as well. Their pricing on things we need have been very reasonable so far. The appointment availability was convenient for us as well.

We have now taken two pets to the clinic.The Dr. and entire staff were very helpful and pleasant. Everyone was very patient with our pets.the Dr was thorough, and answered any of our questions.we felt comfortable during the visit, and will continue to use the clinic in the future/

Vet and assistants were all really friendly and helpful. My dog didn't even have a bad reaction to being stuck with 3 needles. 1 for blood draw and 2 shots.

Just took my German Shepherd Ghost there and they were amazing! Great front workers and awesome vet!! I would highly recommend!!

Awesome girls they know there stuff. There very friendly an I was able to get in an out.

Very disappointed how we were treated. Did not appreciate the price hike of $5 extra per pack and have it explained away as "you got a deal last month." Well, we'll look elsewhere in the coming months...

Dr. Parker and his staff are the best. I was able to get my pet in quick and he was very helpful with her medical issues. I drive from Carbondale to Marion because he is the best!

I heard from a friend that this business flat out refused to rescue his pet lovebird from inside an 18 foot python, even though it was still alive and flapping around inside the snake. I also went up there and found a dumpster overflowing with tails, hooves and haemoglobin. Upon closer inspection I also saw bumblebees and gizzards in there. Won’t be back.

Recently changed to Dr. Parker for my boys new vet. The staff is wonderful and very caring, along with pleasant waiting area. Not only is he very thorough, caring and make sure that all the needs are met with issues that I'm concerned about with my fur babies. First time visit, course pups are anxious but soon calm down. I definitely will be going back.

We took our family pet there and the pet was given a treatment that caused a severe reaction. When we called we were told the vet could see the pet 4 DAYS LATER!!! That is completely unacceptable! The pet was having rapid breathing, racing heart, complete behavior change. I contacted a vet that lived out of state and was told get the pet in ASAP, this is a immunization reaction. We called back and were again told the pet could not be seen sooner, that they were "over and double booked". I was treated very rudely. When I called again and pleaded saying I was going to have to take my pet to an emergency clinic I was told "OK. Do that." I asked that the receptionist check with the vet. I was put on hold for over 10 min and then she hung up on me. On the day I brought my pet in originally a guy walked in off the street and was offered a new patient appointment. If you can't take proper care of the animals you currently have as patients, maybe you shouldn't be taking new patients. This had been our family vet for years, but we will not go through his again.
