Dropped off some blankets and towels, seen all the cats. So many. I seen some come from Kentucky, Kansas? My heart was broken. I hope they find a good home for all of them.

They were all very nice and Christina was very personable, helpful and accommodating. My daughter was looking for a younger kitten but all the ones she saw in store were already adopted. Christina told us about the website for additional kitten that are with foster families. We will monitor the website as well as check the store from time to time. Definitely a very large selection of cats.

What beautiful people doing God's work! This is a place you need to come volunteer, donate, we're definitely try to adopt an animal and give it a forever home!

Had to unfortunately turn over my cat because she wasn't getting along with my grumpy senior cat and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I know I left her in good hands.

I love it here. Professional staff and cute kittens. I adopted a buff tabby white kitten 4 months old sweet boy. He is Super healthy and Active.

Unfortunately NAWS was a real disappointment to my daughter.She sincerely wanted so much to adopt a cat.There wasn't much encouragement on their part in helping my daughter adopt a cat.

Pet has to be neutered in order to get ANY HELP, so if your pet is sick and needs help, unless your neutered (the pet hopefully not you) then go somewhere else. Also note: of you show up and don't have a pet neutered but want them to, since it's surgery it has to be scheduled so no same day surgery (which makes sense ) but nothing on the site says that's a requirement . Wasted day.

No kill shelter houses and treats feral cats on site. Provides all you need to foster, too.

Fast and friendly service with a smile. Had both my cats spayed/neutered here. Both appointments were easy and stress free for owner and kitties alike. Naws was recommended to me by a family friend and it is definitely worth the drive for non urgent pet needs.

Brought a dog here for yearly shots. Doesn't smell great but takes good care of dogs!

They are still in Covid protocol. Their system is down Pat. Very simple. Their text number is posted in the front window. Be in the parking lot on time for your appointment, text them who you are type of car and color, wait for their instructions. They come out to your car, get your animal, vet calls you to explain the procedure, call you for payment if applicable and bring your animal back out. Great, Seamless system.

Very professional; pets are well cared for and the adoption process was simple. We have adopted 2 cats from here and will return in the future.

Adoption during covid is not easy.. most shelters I called said they require an appointment for a 1 on 1 with a specific cat/dog that you are serious about.. how can you be serious about a pet based on a picture alone?? Pretty shallow.. most times you had to fill out an application for that pet beforehand which takes like 5 minutes each. Anyway I was easily able to make an appointment here to visit all the cats. I got 2 kittens from them this month ($146 each. They're micro chipped, potty trained and up to date on all vaccines and can continue to go to NAWS for free nail trimming forever. Adoption application prossess was easy and they are willing to hold your pet for 5 days if for some reason you can't take them home right away. Staff was very knowledgeable. Lots of cats and kittens that need loving homes. Awesome that they are also a no kill shelter.

Came here to adopt a cat. Filled out application and was approved while I was looking. There are so many cats to choose from. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Hours are accommodating. All cats are neutered/spayed and microchipped. Included free nail clippings for as long as I own him (so, forever ???? I paid 100 for an adult cat. So happy!!
