Very upset that they never explain to us that if we pick our dog up early that they will still charge you for the time you booked. we picked him up a day early and got charged and never got our bath for over a five day stay. we tried calling multiple times asking if we could pick him up early but no answer and no return call. very disappointed

Rose is great and Alfie’s is such a better alternative to some of the other places around that I may or may not have given a negative review to.

We made the switch to Alfie’s since 2019 and couldn’t have been any happier. I really like the open concept unlike the previous daycare we were in where dogs were only let out to play for 45 mins each day and had to pay for extra playtime! Knowing a staff member also spends the night with the dogs gives my husband and I the best peace of mind while away. This is probably the best benefit Alfie’s provides. Overall, they are kind and patient to the dogs and couldn’t have asked for a better daycare in the area!

The absolute best! I trust Rose and her team completely. Such a great job.

Seems to be understaffed. No cameras to allow viewing dogs during stay. My dog got kennel cough despite being vaccinated, but my vet said that can happen and may not be due to negligence of the business practices. Otherwise, friendly staff and large facilities.

What a friendly environment not only for dogs but also for humans. It is easy to make appointments and make changes if necessary. The staff is very accommodating for the needs of each individual dog. My dog is always excited to see us when we return but always looks happy.

It was absolutely amazing they have wonderful experienced people working there the dog's all have fun there they have a swimming pool large play area dog's play by size together it's clean and dogs have great care will be back again it's a 10 on a10 scale

My dog, Samuel Adams, loves going ti Alfies and can't get out of the car fast enough when we pull up! He gies to doggy day care once a week to play and socialize, and stays there overnight wgen we are out of town. Rose and everyone there are so good to him. Best kennel we've ever used

We really wanted to love this place but our dog although vaccinated has come home 3 times with kennel cough or doggie cold. Unfortunately I think the open concept leads to a greater risk of this.

Alfie's Poochie Playlot has gone above and beyond as it relates to my puppy, Molly. When I was having trouble with Molly at home with her behavior, they even sent me video of Molly at Alfie's so I could show my trainer the difference in her behavior, etc. They always accommodate my schedule and Molly is always welcome there with open arms. Molly can't wait to go in and play fast enough! I have no concerns with leaving Molly overnight. I have also had Molly groomed there and they did a great job! Alfie's came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I would recommend them for anyone looking for doggie daycare or boarding!

Always great, whether for doggy daycare or boarding! Huge facility, providing plenty of open space for dogs that need it.

Our dog comes home happy and tired. We know he's safe and well cared for.

Alfie's poochie playout is a safe and fun place to bring your dog. Alfie's poochie playout is where my dog goes when I have to go out of town. They even have a pool in there for the dogs..

My baby 1st day (meet & greet) and when he got home he was tired... i think he had a great time. Didn't want to eat when he got home, laid down and only got up once for potty break and back to sleep. We'll go back.

Rose and staff are fantastic. My dog loves coming there. Its great to know they have consistent staff. Its a clean and safe environment. They are building a pool to help hurt animals. I feel safe leaving my dog with them. They are a great company and the community is lucky to have them in business. Rose is a sweet , kind person with a huge heart and really cares about the animals. She has built a an amazing company.
