Extremely helpful staff who are willing to provide multiple treatment options for your pet. They are always so kind every time we make an appointment. So glad we found this vet. They saved Benny's life ❤

We really like Dr.Simon at Minooka Veterinary Hospital. She provides personalized service. She will call you back and explain about your puppies condition. She is obviously an animal lover. She communicates with th dogs and they respond back positively. We lost our dog to cancer last year and she was very compassionate at this difficult time.

Took my rescue puppy here for her first visit. Everyone was super nice. My pup loved everyone. The vet talks about everything to you thoroughly. Treated my puppys ear infection she had, and gave me a complete summary of the charges. They also gave me a free puppy bag for her first visit with a month of heartguard and flea and tick meds along with a few other goodies! Decently priced, and very nice. I'm super pleased so far.

Dr. Simon is the real reason I continue to come to Minooka animal hospital. She is so caring and compassionate. Very honest and explains everything.

The doctor was wonderful. Answered all our questions and check our baby over with care. Dr. Simon is wonderful.

The entire staff is and has always been wonderful....have been a client of Minooka Animal Hospital the last 17 years and what I loved about it was the hometown feel I had going there and the staffs' treatment of our animals, their owners was/is top priority. In the past 2-3 years, the hospital's approach has now become a 'corporate entity' with prices doubling/tripling which is just ridiculous. Grooming costs have gone over the edge and now bringing my grooming business to someone else unfortunately. Dr. Simon and Dr. Tourville are the best at what they do and tenured staff are second to none and trust them explicitly. The newer staff has the corporate mentality as they are directed to do with the 20+ questions about your pet when all the information is in the records. It is so disappointing when the corporate profit is the priority and not the clients.

Visit was fine; only issue is pushing services for our pet that are not needed.

Amazing service. This was the first time at this vet and with Covid and Curbside service I was so nervous! The entire staff was outstanding and my pup had a wonderful experience. I completely recommend this vet! We will be back for sure! 2nd and 3rd visits were amazing also!! They really do everything to get the fur babies back to 100%!! We will never be going to another vet again!! Patients for Life!!

Our dog was having a serious issue and was losing losing weight rapidly. Minooka Animal Hospital got her in for an appointment, diagnosed her and set up a plan for care. I have to give shots daily now and they trained me how to do it rather than just leave me to figure it out. Now two weeks later I am confidently giving 2 shots a day and my dog has gained half a pound. They also follow up with us frequently and in a timely manner

Our experience with Minooka Animal Hospital has been very positive over a number of years. We've had 15 years with them and I've never had a bad experience. The vets are professional yet personable. The staff is always very caring and friendly. I also like that their prices aren't outrageous.

Dr. G. made our English Bulldog puppy's first visit to the vet a fun one. He loved her and everyone else. Dr. G. was transparent about his examination and was thorough with any questions and concerns I had. They have gotten our senior St. Bernard in when we had an emergency right away with no questions asked. We have always had good experiences with the Dr's and staff. ❤️

Donna did a great job grooming our shih tzu puppy! He looks & smells awesome, and she took the time to explain which comb/brush we should use on our little guy in between professional groomings.

Always a 5-star experience with them, even after the 15 +/- years I've been taking my pets there!

Our dog Bella gets very anxious going places & they were wonderful with her!! They all really showed they truly care about animals which eased my anxiety, too.

This was my first time going to the Minooka Animal Hospital. My puppy is 11 1/2 weeks old. The breeder family uses this facility. I wanted stay with the same vet. The staff are all so kind and professional. Our vet was great with the puppy. She answered all my questions. I will continue using the Minooka Animal Hospital! ????

My dog , Sam, was attacked as we were on our walk, and I called the Hospital immediately. They offered to let me come in ASAP and they could watch over Sam until the Vet was available. He did need some stitches, etc, but the Vet called me before she proceeded to let me know the cost, etc, and after to let me know all to watch for. I picked him up later that day. They were very kind and I really appreciate being able to go there at the spur of the moment.

First time bringing my dog there… it was an emergency situation. I won’t go anywhere else now! Everybody was so nice and helpful!!

Our senior Boxer needed to be seen for coughing and were told by mallard point there is a month n a half wait. No way were we doing that. So we were first time visitors here and are very impressed with them having 3 vets on staff over just one as at mallard point. We got in same day and are happy with our treatment we received .Will be making this our priority vet

I called for my dog Tinkerbell because of her eye was swollen and they worked her in so Dr Simon could look at her and the staff there are very nice .. They gave her some meds and she is doing better today and Dr Simon was really good with Tinkerbell

This was my second visit and I am happy with their services. The vet cares for the pets and you don’t feel rushed. This will be my clinic for my pets.

right away I could tell they cared about their animals, it was not about the money for them. I also loved how fast they were considering how packed they were with one vet. The vet was already prepared for me when my dogs came in the room. she did not rush but did what she had to and left the vet techs were also very helpful and I love jokes because they light up a room and they were very happy people. they also were not rough with the animals when the animals did not want to cooperate
