I have found that Petco has things when other pets stores do not. Therefor I am trying to support Petco more.

It still hasn't gotten All of the Items that I've been looking for. But··· the Employees ARE Very good!

They have a variety of products at reasonable prices. Plus I like earning rewards that turn into coupons.

Took my dog for shots. I just dropped in and they got me in fairly quickly. Vet and assistant were very friendly

My dog was treated very nice by the staff and I have also purchased 2 ferrets from them and I have been nothing less than satisfied with them for years now. When they switched to healthier foods I was so happy about that. I used to go to the other big chain but after the way I was treated after the purchase of my first ferret I have been treated very well like family no matter who you are working with and I love that with their staff. Thank you guys so much...the Ferret Lady lol

Would never buy another hamster from there again. Went to get my son a new hamster because his previous one had escaped and ended up dying. The lady asked if I needed a habitat and food for him I said no I already have something. She then went and got a manger and came back saying "so what kind of habitat do you have and what kind of food?" I said I have the hamsters cage from our other hamster we had and we still have food left. She then looked at the manger and the manager said "I think its fine they get one" I'm a little confused what this lady thought I was trying to do. I just wanted to get a new hamster for my son. Did she not trust me? Did she think I didn't have the proper stuff at home to take care of him? Did she think I was going to hurt him? I was with my family.. It was very unprofessional. Also I asked her about the hamsters and the different kinds. She had NO information on any of them, like literally NONE. She wouldn't hold it and wouldn't let me hold it because of "covid" so we had to take a big guess at hoping we picked a nice one since we had no experience with it. The last time I was there we were able to hold guinea pigs though so it isn't across the board. We will never be back here!

Have a large variety of dog food brands, toys and treats. Staff was was pleasant and helpful.

Went in for grooming. Entire staff turned over, only one groomer and another being trained. Outcome not the best.

Prices could lower on dog foods

Went in got what I needed out in 5 min. Very organized

It is close by and they always have stuff available as they keep a great selection of items to choose from. Employees are very nice and the store is clean and I enjoy looking at the cats, or birds too etc. while in there.

Staff is always so friendly

They are always out of feeders I need or the feeders they have are half dead. The animal habitats were dirty. Also the betta display had filthy cups and no less than 7 dead bettas on display to their main aisle. As a former pet store manager, this disgusts me. I won't be shopping here again. I love their reptile selection but I'll go to Crystal lake instead.

I have taken my dog to the groomers here a hand full of times now and I am so impressed with the results. I need to give a special shout out to Erin one of the groomers as she is super professional, knowledgeable, kind, always remembers us and is very informative. I cannot say enough good things about her and the team. My dog you can tell is super comfortable with them as well and is always happy to see Erin and crew.

I like this location and have no major issues with it. The only thing, and I don't know if it's pandemic related, but they have been out of stock of a lot of my kitty's favorites lately. Bummer, since I usually make the trip out just for that. The employees are friendly and helpful.

I always like the service the girls provide to Teddy when I take him in for a bath appointment.

Store is always clean and presentable, staff is friendly, and it's well lit. They always treat my puppy well when I go to get him groomed and they give him little treats at the register. They have a great selection of dog supplies.

Went to Aldi next door

Store is stocked, organized, very nice respectful workers, cashier was exceptionally helpful this man should be promoted!! I will recommend to family and friends!!
