Animal Outreach is a wonderful organization and rescue! I've adopted both of my cats from them. They truly care about helping to save as many homeless cats and kittens as they can. I highly recommend if looking to add a cat to your family!

Very disappointing! This shelter posts pictures and stories of adorable kittens and cats that you cannot help but fall in love with. When you show an interest and inquire about a specific kitten/cat, they blow you off and say they are not ready for adoption. They string you along hoping you will donate (which we did enough to adopt 5 or 6 kittens) and then ignore you making you feel like a stalker for asking about them. Several of the kittens are then adopted by the existing fostering homes or secretly to someone else while you have paid for them all along. Other shelters love to have others foster their kittens until they are spayed or neutered if you REALLY want to adopt them as the earlier they can be adopted the earlier they adjust to your family and their surroundings. “These people” make you feel horrible for suggesting fostering and/or they simply ignore you hoping you’ll go away!! I would never want to stop someone from donating to a shelter to save an animal, but please be careful....try to get something in writing first. The person who runs this seems to be the one who is strange. Just an FYI WOW.... since I cannot leave a response to yours anywhere, I will have to edit mine! Your reply is simply NOT TRUE.... PERIOD!! You have a funny way of twisting the truth!! My interest was for TWO kittens ONLY!!. MONTHS AFTER we lost the opportunity to adopt the “first” kitten, we found VIOLET! The kitten I had expressed interest in initially went up for adoption without any advance warning what so ever. You knew we wanted her and we were given NO NOTICE... NOTHING!!. So Sorry, we live our lives and scheduled a vacation that week without knowing anything about the adoption! Then there was Violet... you led people on, took money from several people and ignored any interest knowing you would keep her. Look back at all of the comments on FB. It is all right there!

Greedy not helpful. They are only for profit and dont genuinely care about the welfare of animals.

PetSmart doubles as this Outreach Center's focal point to meet potential people who want to adopt, but the Animal Outreach Human Society only has cats to adopt. The PetSmart has reptiles, birds, hamsters, and fish to purchase. Although this store does have dog training courses and supplies. Why not just call The Animal Outreach Human Society the Cat Outreach Humane Society instead? This is a note to let patrons know that The Animal Outreach Humane Society should update their information of only having cats to adopt at The PetSmart Store. Thank you.

Nice people, but they are fantastic at selling diseased or sick cats.. I have multiple relatives and friends that have adopted from here and the felines are ADVERTISED as healthy, all love animals. If you complain about what was advertised or decide to return a cat for a serious issue, this group will not only fine you, but they make notes saying ITS YOURE FAULT. I highly advise going to an adoption center that isn't ran by the local circus...

Inside PetSmart - the event was finished when we got there, but I normally get my pet supplies at this store. Staff is amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent prices and product variety.

Nice place with nice people. How I wish they could take more animals in and keep them safe and healthy for adoption.
