I took my senior furbaby to Dr.Smith with a tumor on her right hind quarters, surgery was needed to remove it. The surgery was a success, was able to bring her home and care for her until she healed up. We returned for follow up visits. She is now on supplements to support her body and organs also low fat diet. She is 13 years old and acting like a puppy again! I am beyond pleased with Dr.Smith and the staff, would highly recommend Pet Wellness Center to anyone!

My dog got hit by a car, and they got me right in and took care of my baby. Luckily, she was ok. I am so thankful for their speedy service. And they care so much.

Zach has shown both of my animals such great care during their Therapy. They have been coming to pet wellness for a few months now and Zach has been so informative and understanding of my needs and the level of care he provides is unwavering. I've never been shown such compassion towards my animals. Pet Wellness is one of the best facilities in the area.

Very caring and knowledgeable!! Everyone so nice and accommodating. I was very nervous about a health concern and was put at ease right away. They did everything that needed to be done to get to the root of the problem. I have complete confidence and would highly recommend them! They took very good care of my furbaby❤️

I always take my cat here, and when my rat was alive I also took him here! They always take great care and readily answer any questions and concerns. They were very easy to work with when arranging cremation services, and very sympathetic. Even sent a card signed by them expressing condolences! I will continue to bring any pets I have here, and always reccomend them to friends and family when they're looking for somewhere to take their fuzzy friends.

They are great. The reception personnel are friendly and very helpful. The nurses will answer all your questions thoroughly. The Veterinarian are nice and helpful. I do highly recommend the Pet Wellness Ctr.

Absolutely awful care here. I have never met such an incompetent vet. A handful of good staff does not negate neglect by the other staffs part. This place is seriously a joke.

All the vets here are amazing especially Dr Seals. Their prices aren’t bad and they have a very nice facility. I really like that they have urgent care for when my dogs need to be seen same day.

Staff were friendly. Process was easy. My dog seemed to not mind the stay (a week). Worth the money, in my opinion.

On 9 November 2021, I had to say good bye to my four legged buddy. The personnel were so supportive and understanding of the situation. Everyone shed tears. I could take as long as I needed. I feel no other establishment could provide such support. Thank you to the entire staff. Bless you.

Thor is always taken cared off! He loves going to his vet and day camp. They treat him as their own! I will highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at Pet Wellness and they made our very skiddish dog feel so comfortable and everything went so smoothly. We will be back and will be bringing our other dogs here as well!

Petwellness was great before they moved to the new location. Now we are switching vets and boarding facilities. Usually takes two or 3 calls to get them to pick up, then they put you on hold for 7 to 10 minutes during which time they hang up. Leave a message, you say? Tried that too, 4 messages over 3 days, not one call back. Then if you are fortunate enough to get ahold of a live person and get your boarding date set.....you will not see one single person that was there the last time you were. Just not the same anymore. Yinny has been going there for 6 years, but we are done with Petwellness.

My experience was excellent. There are no areas that need improvement. Buffy's care was both professional and friendly.

Too bad you can not leave a negative star. On a Sunday called for farm call on a pregnant sheep in distress. During the examination the Vet said, reproduction was not her strong suit. When asked about drug inducing labor, the Vet said, she only brought of the two drugs needed to induce. I will never use this clinic again.

We have 3 weimaraners whom are our fur babies. Our boy weim Jack had tip of his ear bleeding from vigorously shaking head for months under previous vet, until we came and seen Dr Smith. He truly cares. Come to find out Jack is allergic to numerous foods (including peas) and environmental things like grasses and trees. Previous vet never mentioned doing allergy panel, this was done at our first visit. Jack even was hospitalized for 11 days when we first started coming here, his allergies were that bad, and couldn't get bleeding to stop since his veins are now enlarged from the trauma . So now for last 9 months Jack has not had any more bleeding from ear tips. Thank you Dr Smith and Staff

Left a dog to die in my car in front of children, while talking to the owner about price. I was taking to a vet for a relative and we were there 3 hours. Would not use them.

They have a nice little doggy day camp, and it's only $10 a day. If you work during the day -throughout the week- and hate leaving your four legged friend at home alone, this is a great place for them to run around & be active with their doggy friend's, while you're gone. They can also be groomed while there, so no more sitting around & waiting on your day's off. Our dog's love going to day camp

Had to make an emergency appointment and was very grateful they were able to get me in. My 8 year old German shepherd had been vomiting off/on all day. They took x-rays and supplied some meds & scheduled a follow up appointment the next week. Amiable staff and very thorough.

Everyone was wonderful. We’ve always received great care from Pet Wellness Center, but this most recent visit with our beagle Cissy was above and beyond amazing. Everyone was courteous and helpful, squeezing us in on short notice for an urgent visit when our girl had a seizure. Everything was explained thoroughly and the vet took the time to discuss it all even though we knew they were very busy otherwise. I have recommended Pet Wellness to people before, but this just further confirms that our furry family members are in the best hands!

Cassie was amazing, helpful & empathetic. I took my dog in as an Urgent visit and Dr. Seals talked through all of my options but gave about a 5% chance he would make it. She left all decisions up to me and explained every option in detail. I decided to leave him in their hospital care for a few nights and wait for the first day or two's updates and will go from there. Finger's crossed....

All the care we have received from Pet Wellness has been great. I wish I would have known about pet insurance sooner. Cats have gotten expensive over the years.

They took great care of our boxer pupoy Daisy when she had Parvo. Incredibly nice & friendly techs that you can tell absolutely LOVE animals. Appreciated all they did & their kindness. Switching to them because of our experience. ????????❤

I was told over the phone to neuter my 3 year old cat they would have to do an exam, bloodwork, and the neuter. They told me it would be around $150 for everything. When I went to pay the bill it came to $217. I explained I was told $150 for everything, gave them the name of the person, and then they said they'd need another $150 to neuter him. The person who I talked to basically called me a liar. I live check to check and this place left me broke. I will never take another animal there. Be careful, they price it one way then upcharge when you check out.
