The folks here have always treated my kitties well and all of their services have been thourough and pleasant. This is pretty much the only place I'm willing to bring my fur babies now!

My family has been going to Brookside for at least twenty years now. My grandmother took her pets there, as did my mother, and as do I. I've highly recommended them to anyone who's asked me where they should take their pets as they've always been good to us. They're always open and willing to work with you, caring, professional, and I wouldn't take my furkids anywhere else. Even when it came to the end of one of our loved ones journey's, they were there to help ease the transition, offering crematory services with the option of getting pawprints in clay back as well as ashes. Their parking lot is small, but their hearts are big

My doggo says "They treat me like royalty here." Happy people that love their jobs and it shows.

I love the staff there. They do a great job and they're compassionate as well as flexible.

Friendly, affordable, and always willing to help! When it comes to my Winnie girl, I am very cautious about who I take her to, as I have been left with a bad taste in my mouth before. Thankfully that is a thing of the past!! Everything they do is with care and respect. The entire staff has every fur baby’s best interest in mind and it shows!

Nurse said my dog lunged at her she was scared of the dog she shouldn't be in that profession if big dogs scare her may not go back there again

Always very friendly and professional. They are very patient with my dog who is sometimes nervous in newer environments and with new people and do everything they can to make her feel safe.

Blotched spay, emergency 2nd surgery needed. Horrible experience. Took another vet to save my dog. Vet afraid of large dogs, even friendly ones. Ended up spending close to $2000 due to their errors and a 10 day nightmare. Very disappointed.

Have a 3 year old dog Sampson who just needs his yearly shots and a nail clipping. We just moved here from Maryland a few months ago. and don't have a vet. Called here because of the great reviews. However,after answering a bunch of questions and explaining why I wanted to be seen, she said they aren't taking new patients because they are behind ???? Feels to me like they didn't want to bother with us because it wasn't going to be a huge pay day Why waste my time explaining anything if you already know you're not taking new patients? Never have had a "vet" refuse to see any of my dogs in the 34 years I've had one . What kind of animal hospital are you?

I have taken my dogs their for 14 years, since I've lived in the area. They are very friendly and efficient. I trust them completely with the care of my dogs. I can ask them for advice regarding their needs. I feel like I always get good advice.

Brookside vet staff is so caring and Dr D and Dr P are the best vets in the world, they care, helpfully they treat my fur babies like they're their own, I could go on and on about them and there staff. Love them...

I genuinely believe that our visit was as good as it could have been. The dr was so nice and gentle with my baby. He was knowledgeable and did not make us feel like we didn’t know what he was talking about. Everyone there was very professional! During Covid we were not allowed to go into the waiting room with our animals. My Mastiff which is around 115 pounds, is very skeptical of people and doesn’t normally do well without me. Dr.Boonstra and the vet techs were amazing with Titan. They were patient and kind. When I got Titan back he was not stressed out at all. Thank you guys so much for being so kind to him!

KANE IS A 98lb German Shepard and is a handful! He is very nervous and Brookside Clinic can provide medical treatment without sedation. THIS IS THE BEST VETERINARY CLINIC IN TOWN! So grateful for the expertise!
