They took. Very good care of our Pet and they addressed the issues right away. Jean the girl behind the counter was very friendly and was always willing to help. She always has a positive additive. She was very helpful when I called in to explain the problem with my dog. The Vet on duty did a fantastic job . I was very pleased. Thank you so much . Ed Vaughn

AMAZING staff from start to finish! They graciously accommodated getting my dog in for an emergency visit and were so kind and compassionate, from Haley scheduling us in, Jamie spending a lot of time soothing my dog (and me!), to Alana helping to get my dog in the car, to Dr. Mercer's exceptional care! She is a wonderful veterinarian and was thorough in her exam and in her explanation to me. I could not have asked for better care in very scary circumstances. Five stars without question!

The appointments make it easier! Wait time is much less. Staff helpful today.

Brought in a dying dog no other customers in the building and was told nothing can be done because no appointment was scheduled

DO NOT GET THE ALLERGY TESTS. I have taken my puppy here ever since I first picked her up for her allergies. I got the allergy tests after coming for the 3rd or 4th time for the same thing at the reccomendation of the vets after they told me that it was food or environmental allergies and my dog still itched and scratched incessantly (spent$300-$400 USD that visit) 2 or 3 different vets saw her and they all based their assessment on what the previous vet had concluded and tried to tell me they had already offered a solution. I ended up taking her to a different vet for a second opinion where they diagnosed her with a staph infection and gave my dog a synthetic steroid shot and I have not seen her scratch since. There is incompetence at every level of this vet because of how many animals they see and don't take the time to get to the root of the issue. The only thing I will say is that they are one of the best at ear cropping which I am very satisfied with, other than that, Im not coming back.

Doc Mercer was so nice, so helpful, and understanding just a great Doctor the staff was nice too very happy with the office esp the doctor thnk u so much.

I love Hillcrest. I was in and out of there quickly. They are very caring and helpful! I would greatly recommend anyone take their animal to them!

Hillcrest was very kind and attentive when I made my appointment to have my dog’s cyst examined so we could plan for surgery. I arrived on time and didn’t wait very long to see the doctor. They are a busy office with multiple doctors onsite. I was prepared to wait but they took us back promptly. Unfortunately, my dog needed more urgent attention that day due to a complication and they were able to do her surgery that day. They took excellent care of her and called me with updates. I was able to pick her up later that day and they gave me clear instructions for post-op care. The bill was more than fair. I couldn’t be happier with how we were treated.

The vet doctor was very kind and not hurried. He listened.

The reason for my visit ended up being a somber one but the staff were absolutely amazing. After my cat passed they were extremely nice. A few days later I unexpectedly received a card in the mail telling me how sorry they were for my loss and it had all the staff signatures in it. I can't say enough for how well my pet and I were treated :)

My 17 year old kitty had a stoke and we put her down. Even sick she remained calm. As she went off to sleep she just bowed her head. I can see it like it was yesterday. My little Sallie was not afraid of anyone who helped. I became a hacker case. Blessings to Hillcrest!!!

Receptionist was rude. The vet couldn’t Diagnose my dog and didn’t offer any blood work.. I had to be the one to say I wanted them. Overall very disappointed with Dr Christina hall. Would give it zero stars if I could.

I was only 4 minutes late and was told that it would be a little while because I was late. It took longer than that to check me in. I have been a Hillcrest customer for over 20 years with multiple pets. I was appalled that I was treated like my business didn't matter and that I needed to be taught a lesson to be on time. I will teach my own lesson to Hillcrest by not patronizing their establishment any longer. I took off work for that appointment and had to be back at work afterwards. Your lesson of 4 minutes backfired and my time is also valuable.

They were very caring & assuring with our weenie dog. Dr. told us exactly how to take care of him & what to give him to eat. Receptionist, check in people always great.

Best animal hospital in rockford. Super friendly staff and it's not going to cost you a arm and a leg to get your dog check out. They are very reasonable. I'm happy I found them.

Excellent veterinarian staff has provided care to my dogs and cats since the mid 1980's. They are caring and compassionate and go the extra mile to provide the most up to date care available.

Everytime I have called they are always really nice. The only thing I wish is that *other* pet owners would keep their dogs near them, or if maybe that was a rule. Otherwise the vet was amazing with Sandy and patient with her. And the vet techs are super nice.

They're really good and are very important to our community they safe my cat life 3 times already ❤️❤️

I Recommend Hillcrest Hospital....They were good to us and our Willie....At the end Willie was put down this week after 12 good yrs....Which broke our ????'s, The Vets are the Greatest Thanks for everything....I'll be forever greatful ????

They take the best care of my doggie bella. She has Addison's desease and requires monthly visits and shots and predizone in cherry syrup. Dr Hall is wonderful with Bella.
