Where do I start praising this clinic. They have amazing staff. They're very nice, knowledgeable, and explain everything. They took excellent care of my kitten. They relieved some of our worries about what was going on with our kitten. We saw a difference in her right away when we bought her home. The veterinarian is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would suggest going here to anyone I know!

Awesome care, quick to get an appointment, and great service

I called them, no answer the first time. Second time was put on hold then hung up on. Yes, they were OPEN! I called back multiple times and they hung up on my call. The doctor seemed like a good fit for the stray kitten, but I guess the staff there doesn’t care about new clients! Unprofessional, rude, uncaring. Just appalled at how they actually went out of their way to hang up on me MULTIPLE times! I recommended Lockport Animal Hospital instead where they actually care.

Very happy with the care they provided for our cat. Not sure how everything fell into place but they were booked up completely for quite some time, but we're able to get her in for a surgery the next morning. They did a great job explaining things to us and with follow-up care. They truly are available for you late hours to answer questions or if you have concerns. Highly recommend.

No words can ever truly describe how grateful I am for all the help, love, and caring approach that Dr. Smullen and staff showed to my beloved Olek that passed away from cancer. I know in my heart that if it were not for Dr. Smullen, my cat would not have lived as long as he did with cancer. When Olek was diagnosed with cancer, Dr. Smullen and her staff had given my family and I so much comfort during the difficult time by giving Olek the best care possible. I will always be so grateful for all that Dr. Smullen and her staff did for my beloved Olek. Dr. Smullen truly loves and cares for each cat patient as if they were her own. Thank you so much again for all that you did for my Olek.

Called and was hoping to speak to someone re: my sick cat and NEVER received a call back from anyone at the clinic. Very poor customer service.

Been taking my cats here for a bit over a year, and they get very personal care and concern. My experience with vets prior was always "dogs are our main thing, but we can work with cats," so to have a specialty clinic dedicated to just cats is a huge relief. Staff is friendly, and most importantly I trust them with my babies.

The BEST vet for cats....caring, understanding, and so so helpful.

I have a unique experience to this location- I have not brought my pet here, nor did I visit to purchase anything or need anything, but a friend who used to live nearby brought me there just to see all of the cats, as they have a ton of cats that lounge and play around throughout the lobby area. If you are a cat person, it is a very fun experience to see a lot of cats and you can sit down and let them all climb all over and sit on you (which is exactly what my friend would do). It's an extra bonus that they have a great staff and are an animal hospital that specializes in felines!

My cat was sick vomiting for weeks, I saw them, they checked him out, suggested medicine, gave me the medicine and he was perfectly fine since Treated him exactly with what he needed

These people really care about your cat and have helped me tremendously with my senior cat of 20 years.

Dr. Smullen is the best vet you'll find for your cat. We've taken our cats to her for over 10 years and she gives the best care and the best advice of any vet we had ever visited before finding her. She is very professional when handling her patients but she also genuinely loves cats, and it shows. Her knowledge and recommendations are top notch. Her staff is friendly, both two-legged and four-legged, and her office is homey. I would recommend Dr. Smullen to anyone who has a cat.

We love the customer service and care for our cats at this clinic. Offered non-medication solutions that worked for our cats.

I've had many cats. Ick, Sullivan, Owen, Smudge, PeeWee and now Moops and Heidi. Dr. Smullen took good care of my cats. They didn't suffer.

So good with our 3 cats, and 2 of ours are Bengals. Great hours, so convenient.

I love the Cat Clinic! From the wonderful staff down to all the resident kitties. Dr. Smullen is extremely thorough and very caring with the animals. Lynn and the other staff members are also very knowledgeable and caring. I'm so appreciative that I found them, as I recently moved to the Lockport area. My cats could not ask for better care. You cannot get a better cat vet

I've been a loyal Capricorn customer for several years now. Dr. Smullen and her staff have always been really great with my cats...I honestly wouldn't trust my cats' veterinary care to anyone else! I also like that Capricorn is cats only; and I always enjoy visiting the resident cats whenever I'm there.

Great clinic for cat care, I've been bringing my cats for years and have felt very confident in doc's assessments and treatment options. She tries least invasive options first. It's not a low cost veterinary clinic but not out of the realm on pricing.

What a wonderful place to bring your kitty/cat. The Dr Sheila is by far the best around. She really knows cats - and how to treat them. I have taken my cat there for many, many years. When shes been sick and for just a wellness check. And the people she has working for her are awesome and always there to help answer questions, or help you in whatever you might need. I couldn't imagine taking my kitty anyplace else
