She did amazing with my dog cubby he gets really nervous and when she gave him back he looked amazing he also didn’t come back in a distressed manner he was a happy boy. She even gave me some types on how to help his arthritis! Very happy with the services here!!

I bring my 2 standard poodles to A1 she Always makes my dogs look beautiful and they smell so good. She responds quickly to make an appointment. My dogs are a lot of energy and she does great with them. They walk right in like they are home.

My puppy had his very first trip to the groomer today. They were so awesome with him, will definitely return.

Always super helpful and sweet! Great with my dogs. Only ever had one issue and she apologized and gave me a discount if I chose to come back. Of course I did my dogs love them!

called her to set an appointment and she gave me her hours of business went during those hours and the place closed during those hours she gave me. I called her and was very rude. Asked her again for the availability and she said the whole week she's available. Thank goodness I called her before driving there. Because at the time of 9:30am she answered saying she's not there, that she just left. very rudely. What a business.... very unreliable and un professional. I can imagine the work they do.

My dog loves going to Kim

First visit. Great haircut. Experienced stylist. Available at appointment time. Cost me $20 more than quote. Nails were not cut back. Would like to use again someday but must find agreement on price and services first.

My dogs are always treated with affection upon entering. The dog groomers are all so nice. The dogs haircuts are always the way I ask. Highly recommend A-1 Pet Grooming.

TERRIBLE PLACE. if you want your pet to go to a groomer who does a horrible job, makes your pets bleed while grooming them and treats them like dirt then take your pet here. They are careless and DO NOT care about your pets. I would NOT recommend going here. Terrible customer service as well. Spend a few extra bucks and take your pet to a place where they will be treated kindly. This place shouldn't even be in business.

I have been taking my dog to her for awhile now. She is very gentle with my baby as she is 16. She never has to be put in a cage , she usually has her done in a couple of hours! I think she’s great and very knowledgeable!

I brought my dog Rex in today for a bath and a blow dry. He is usually nervous for new places. He ran in and ran up to the groomer. He was wagging his tail. I was very pleasantly surprised how much he liked her. She said he did great in the bath and with the dryer. He was running around her shop so happy when I went to pick him up. He had a good time with her. I would highly recommend her.

I thought I had bad customers service skills, these people seriously need to be retrained, if you don’t like the public or barely even animals for that matter, get a new job!

So pet grooming is very compasionate and caring and the grooming is show quality. Its amazing that the 2 people that gave bad reviews I is a groomer no longer in business and the other one works for best in show

Don’t bring your poor little dogs here- she is harsh and abusive if the dog is skittish and has no compassion being verbally abusive as well- poor dogs can’t speak for themselves- you say you have 20 years of experience- act like it- THEY’RE DOGS! It’s your job that you get paid for to handle! Oh and by the way- to top it off, their haircuts are uneven also -ugh-TRAUMATIZED DOGS! Damn I wish my regular groomer didn’t break her arm.

Pricey considering my pet urinated on herself after her bath, staff stating she would not be re-bathed but would be wiped up with a towel. And yes, she was returned to me reeking of urine!!!

The owner of this business is highly abusive towards animals and I do not recommend anyone taking their Pet to A1 pet grooming

I have been here on three different occasions to try to get my dogs nails clipped. And every time I have been trying to come there she has been closed during open business hours if you run a business you should be there until your hours of closing time I am better off paying a dollar more and going by pizza for you for her nails clippings

Kim did great with our dog. He’s 16 months and 100 pounds! I world recommend her to anyone who wants their pets groomed and in the best of care!!!

I have had my dogs groomed by Kim for many years. I first started going to Kim with my first Standard Poodle. The place I had been going to was fine, but Angel would come home with GI illness. Kim's facility is always clean and my dogs always come back looking great AND feeling great. My beautiful Angel went to the rainbow bridge, but my Standard Poodle Maddie, as well as my Lhasapoo Scotch love going to have their beauty day with Kim, and come home looking and feeling fabulous!

Kim has groomed Daisy, our Chocalete Lab, for 6.5 of her 7 years and looked after her many times when we were on out of town. Kim is caring and we've been very happy with her, so has Daisy, how always rush out of the car to greet Kim everytime we drop her of to be groomed. Thank you Kim for all you do for our Daisy.
