Always get good service, love Dr Brandes...very caring, good with animals and their owners.

Tracy answered the phone and was not mean by any means, but when asked if there are any good vets they recommend in the area (after being told they are not taking new patients), I don’t think the best response is “you’ll have to Google as I don’t know who is taking new patients.” It doesn’t matter to me if they’re not taking new patients - I’ll find out when I call. I just want to know of any vet offices that you recommend so I can at least try. If you were overwhelmed or busy, I’m sorry! But I just would’ve liked some help as we aren’t familiar with the area.

We absolutely love Drs. Newman and Brandies! They have been very professional and caring for our three dogs. They have been our vets since Feb 2015 when Dr. Newman took care of our chihuahua at midnight on a Sunday after a coyote attack which she survived. Thank you and everyone at Partners and Paws!

Dr. Newman and her staff are amazing. Knowledgeable, polite, on time, and reasonably priced. Absolutely recommend!

If I could give this veterinary office zero stars, I would. They don't even know what medications your furbaby is taking even though they have the prior records and you've gone over it with them before. In addition, the veterinarian can't be bothered to speak with you when requested. There are so many other options in the area, please go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money here.

Absolutely THE BEST office and Vets EVER!!! Saved 2 of our dogs and have been amazing with all of our rescue dogs. Most loving and caring vets and office and so knowledgeable! I dont trust my fur kids to just anyone.

I've been taking my dogs here for probably 7 years now. The staff is wonderful, greets me when I walk in, polite and professional. The vets and vet techs are such nice people but more importantly will do anything and everything to help care my dogs. They listen to my concerns and value my input. They offer suggestions and provide me with all the information I need to make an education decision for the care of my dogs. There are many vets closer to where I live, but I will always go to Partners and Paws.

Partners and Paws is a stellar veterinary clinic! Their staff is incredible and go above and beyond for our rescue. Our rescue has been working with them for years. Every experience we have had with Dr Newman and her team have been nothing short of amazing. Personally, I brought a new foster dog in for an intake exam and boarding last week. They were personable, friendly, and really great with the dog. Even though it was 5 minutes to closing time, every staff member I interacted with had a smile on their face and was ready to help with my dog. Even the CFO Georgie (clinic cat) was pleasant to be around :) The technician I spoke with volunteered to comb out the knots and burrs that were in my foster dog’s tail that day before she left because that would be more comfortable for the dog. She was willing to stay later to ensure the dog’s comfort. That’s just one of the many ways this clinic continues to rise above the rest.

I wish I could give Partners and Paws more than 5 stars. A heartfelt thank you does not seem enough to thank Dr. Newman and her amazing team for saving my three-year-old golden retriever’s life. Saying that they went above and beyond what I would expect of any vet and any practice is an understatement. From the minute I called in as my boy was in distress (from what I would later learn was a rupture that caused his spleen to be removed), they treated his case with both urgency and compassion. For the week he was in critical care, I received daily morning and evening check ins and texts from Dr. Newman. She was also available any time I had a concern or a question. The staff was amazing with him. In fact, when he was finally able to come home, I don’t think he wanted to leave his new friends, the amazing vet techs. I also take my other two elderly dogs to Partner and Paws and many fosters for one of the larger area rescue groups. Thank you to Dr. Newman and her team!!

A great local vet. Prices are reasonable. The service and the doctors are excellent. And the customer service is top notch.

I was taking one of my dogs to this vet for a couple years. When I called the front desk to ask for the records to get transfered the woman said "we have never seen that dog here and that there were no records." I went home and found some of the medication for my dog that THEY prescribed. It literally says on the label partner's and paws. Then I brought my old English bulldog to them to get her the eye surgery she needed. I ended up getting the first surgery done. Then she needed a second one so I brought her back to have the second one done. Then was told she needed a 3rd eye surgery. After I heard that I took her to a bulldog specialist and they also agreed she needed another eye surgery. I asked the specialist if he could do it and his exact words were "whoever did the surgery really messed it up" and that he did NOT feel comfortable doing a 3rd surgery because of how bad the first two surgeries went. I would not go this vet. Especially if it's something serious.

Dr. Newman is excellent. She is attentive, thoughtful and knows your furry partner inside and out.

I brought my 7 year old male cat in because he was losing weight and needed his shots. This was my first time at this vet so I brought his records with me. Alexis Newman compared his records and said his weight was the same. She then suggested blood work so I proceeded. When the blood work came back she sent me an email stating everything was fine without a copy of the blood work. Six months later he had multiple seizures and DIED instantly! I then requested a copy of the blood work. His thyroid and sodium levels were on the high end. I have spoken with someone whose cat has hypothyroidism and her vet suggested another thyroid test because her cats thyroid levels were also on the high end. I then forwarded a email Alexis Newman questioning the reason she didn't ask me the reason I thought my cat was losing weight (i.e. any other changes). It is several weeks later, l have not heard from her! I believe my cat died due to untreated hypothyroidism or high blood pressure.

Doctor Brendes and all the staff are wonderful!! I was able to get my fur baby the next day on a weekend.

Went to this place the first time last week. The entire staff was great to work with. And took extra Care to make sure my dog was at ease. We saw Alexis she was great also. She explained everything in depth including options. My dog really liked her too. I would recommend partners and paws to anyone who wants extraordinary pet care.

Everyone in our family goes here. Super fair pricing, great vets. Amazing other staff! Would never go anywhere else!

Dr Newman and Dr Brandes are both so wonderful. They are very sincere and you can tell how much they care about their clients. The staff is amazing as well. I recommend setting an appointment before coming in as they can be pretty busy for a walk in. They do try to get you in and out in a timely fashion

Awesome vet office. They have provided excellent care to our golden retrievers. They take the time to answer questions and address concerns. We have never felt like they were rushing us out, so they could get to the next patient. Best bet in the area based on our experience.

Grest service and great prices and they really cared and actually put a an together to help too not just "come back and we will see". Very very happy with them...give them a try if you need a vet
