All I can say is me and my little boy prince found our new animal clinic. They treated him great they where very transparent with me and made me feel great in trusting them with my dog care

Every single member of the Green Trails staff genuinely acts as if they want to be there and contribute towards a complete caring environment for the beloved furry members of their client's families. I am very thankful for the 25+ years of care that they have provided for my three dogs that each made it past age 15 and my cat that is close to 20. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping these furballs to give me and my human family members countless great moments and memories.

Dr. Etherton is always knowledgeable and empathic. Over the years, we have always appreciated her concern for our dogs.

My 11 year old dog has lived in 5 cities so, that’s a lot of vets! Green Trails definitely tops the list! They are always so thorough and thoughtful regardless if it’s a well visit or something urgent. We have been going there for 2 years and I continue to be more impressed. Most recently, I called because of a concern. They offered to look at the problem over email but couldn’t get him in that day (late afternoon on a Friday). I ended up taking him to an urgent care. Before they closed that day they actually called to follow up on our case since they hadn’t heard back from me. I can’t begin to describe how good that made me feel. They truly care about my dog and his well-being. We needed follow-up care and I made sure it was with them. They took great care of him even knowing we had been elsewhere.

I’ve been taking my pup here over a year. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They deeply care about the well being of your pet. They help identify a rare congenital heart disease in my pup and connected me with the right veterinarians to get her back to 100%. Thanks for everything!

Our family has been with Green Trails for over 15 years! They have a very caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff, especially Dr. Grimm. We recently had to put down our 14 year old Rottie/Shepherd mix that we had since she was a puppy. Dr. Grimm and the staff treated our family like their very own! We would not go to any other animal clinic!!

Dr. ETHERTON IS NUMBER 1 in my book she is genuine, helpful, and very gentle with my cookie.

With our first dog experience ever, we wanted to find a vet that would be able to support our needs without feeling swindled. I must say, Green Trails has surpassed any of my expectations. All three veterinarians are so helpful and attentive. We typically work with Dr Etheron, but have engaged with the other two there as well. They ALL go the extra mile and even call back personally based on the concern. I always feel like I’m in good hands, and never rushed. The rest of the staff are all fabulous as well. I highly recommend Green Trails, as we even travel further to come here because of the quality.

I gave an English Bulldog. Anyone who owns a Bully you know they have allergies. Dr. Pettit is was AMAZING! I took him in for his itchy feel and she found he had an ear issue too!! Thank you for taking the tome to run the extra testing he need to give him proper care! Who highly recommend! Staff was great also.

Have been going to GTAC since the late 80s. Been to many vet visits and a few euthanasias, after and during each end of life process, for our cherished pets, the doctors would cry with me and are so compassionate. They are truly so caring for our family members. No clinic compares. When I am asked which doctor I wish to see for a check up, my answer is always: “I don’t care, because they are all fantastic.”

I have been going to Green Trails Animal Clinic since 1985. Back then it was a small private practice. It has grown over the years but with the staff they maintain they have managed to keep that same feel. I have had several pets over the years and Green Trails is the only place I take them for their care. Thanks to Dr Etherton and Dr Hogan for their caring professionalism.

This was our first visit at Green Trails Animal Clinic after decades of using another animal clinic in the area. I was completely blown away by the professionalism from every single staff member, the superior level of service and the amount individualized attention my dog and I received. This is by far the best animal clinic around and our total experience could not have been better. I highly recommend bringing your pets here!!

Don't vaste time and money.They are know how to take money from your pocket... They not gave treatment for my cat.I realized my cat have allergies. I bought medicine from internet, my cat feels much better.

BEWARE....... Very Irresponsible Medical Director at this Grean Trails. She failed to diagnosed our DOG by giving him Infection medication that was strictly for infections and nothing else although after reviewing his XRay's clearly noted he had Pneumonia. The Pneumonia smothered our fur baby's heart which caused our beloved fury friend to die. The Medical Director disregarded their patient's needs and failed to tell the Patient owner WHY she did what she did. So today we cremate our baby after 2 days of his heart failing. Green Trails has lost their decency of animal care. This so call Medical Director Who calls themselves a Doctor needs to go back to training cause she obviously has no business treating animals. There was no Blood test done nor any effort to incubate our dog with IV fluids. Her lack of knowledge open the door to death. Green trails has lowered their standard of service while they escalate the cost just to KILL your pet.

They are extremely negligent and discriminatory. They did not properly present treatment options for a sick beloved dog because they “assumed money was an issue” due to the owners race. This is unacceptable and the pet was evaluated after by a reputable veterinarian who stated that the dog could have been saved had proper treatment options been presented. I wonder how many lawsuits have been filed against this clinic as this can’t be the first instance but it sure will be the last.

Racial discrimination is not okay. My colleague went in for treatment for her dog and just because she asked how much exam fees were, the veterinarian assumed she would not be able to afford the services and never performed a blood or urine test prior to prescribing medicine. Her dog unfortunately did not receive proper treatment and passed away. There needs to be an evaluation on the professionalism of this practice, adequate care and consideration for every owner and their pets.

My cats and dogs have been long time patients at Green Trails Animal Clinic. We just love Dr. Petritis!!!!

My little Shih Tzu has been a patient here for 15 years. We have seen many doctors within the practice whenever our current attending vet has been unavailable. All have been extremely attentive and up to speed by reviewing patient notes. Mostly I have loved being able to make an appointment for a designated time and not having to wait for our turn in a communal foyer. I experienced that with a previous pet at a previous practice and swore "never again". I have been very pleased with care here and with referrals to specialists which resulted in coordinated care.

Have been a client for over 25 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They have had caring doctors and friendly staff over the years.

The staff and Dr. Hogan were kind and generous with their time and attention. I would highly recommend their care.

We have been a long time patron to Green Trails Animal Clinic. Realizing that the staff may have changed through the years, but the quality and care our pets have received has not. My dogs have been challenging at times, I have too. Diagnosis and treatment has not always been easy. They help us find answers and treat us all with kindness. Fair and competitive pricing as well.
