For a clinic that’s suppose to be helpful the tech automatically gave up on my dog after he barked. He is aggressive but he also needs his vaccines they were my only hope. Didn’t even try another method just turn us away. If your scared of dogs you shouldn’t be working with animals.

Treatment was great. Our dog came out happy after his surgery. It’s low cost compared to many other clinics. I definitely recommend.

One of the better surgical clinics for your pets in the area! Prices are lower than most places. This is the second cat I take to them. Recommend it 100%

Great place, friendly, leave a message instead of waiting for them to answer the phone cause it takes forever unless it's early morning. Other than that they gave me a $40 discount on neutering my dog as well as trimmed his nails for just 4 dollars. Surgery went well and my dog had no issues. They did have a rather large incision for a simple neuter but stitches and procedure was done clean.

On dec 10th I brought my 3 pets for vaccinations and they refuse to vaccinate my cat because she was growling at them. It’s a small cat, So they offer me to buy medication to Sedate my cat and come back the following day. I show up the next day and they ask me DID YOU GIVE THE CAT THE MEDICATION. And i said yes.. and shes like well she does not look sedated and I cannot vaccine your cat. This past two visits I have been treated with disrespect and even refuse service for no valid reason. Driving almost an hour to get to their clinic. After packing up my 2 small kids and my cat waiting outside I was refused vaccination for my cat and they refused the following because they were afraid of a small cat they obviously the professional veterinarian. I would give zero stars if I could I can't believe I gave them another chance after the last time I was. Treated with no professionalism! They need to better their customer service.

As a repeat customer I can no longer get call backs like the recording says. Phone calls are not answered, their is just a recording one hears when you call. Sad that I need to go to another vet and start over.

The cheapest place we could find to get our puppy spayed. Only problem is that we have to wait until December. Would have like to see the Spay Illinois open all year in Momence, IL which is closer to where we live. So we have to drive to Lisle, about 1.5 hours away.

A well oiled machine. I had an appt. for my dog for his vaccines and it took all of 5 mins.. And prices were reasonable. Friday and Sat. there are no office fees. These two days are vaccines only.

Never had a problem with spay Illinois pet well clinic every time we've taken our dogs there for their annual vaccines they were great and fair for pricing and when we had to put one of our girls down they were very comforting and help phone during the process

The only place I trust that I will take my pets. All the vets and staff are very knowledgeable and caring.

Let me just say this place was decent past summer but this week I spoke to a rep there stating you need a deposit of $60 to just make an appointment! The woman was rude and condescending person no understanding no sympathy! My pet is sick but she didn’t care with her annoying and disgusting tone.These people are not about animals just money so if you want to come to a vet that pretty much most of them in this country who careless come on down to spay illnois where money matters and they don’t care about anything and your pet is just a another number they don’t attend to. spay illnois where more money matters!

We didn’t actually follow through with using this place. We started off with a conversation and got pricing and everything seemed well until we got a tip from friends that we should ask some deeper questions. We sent an email outlining a few easy questions and got a very generic response. The fact that they can’t answer, in an email, where it is documented, made us stop the conversation all together. We had heard that clinics like these some times save money by cutting some very important corners. Nothing against this clinic put transparency is key.

Took my dog to get his vaccines and they were great. The staff was friendly and the prices were amazing. I will be back every year with them.

Spay Illinois is one of the best organizations offering low cost pet vaccinations as well as a full service vet care. Prior to COVID, they would arrange onsite vaccine clinics at Ted's Feed Store in Lansing IL. They are friendly and very professional. Great with all breeds and felines too. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit here and I am extremely satisfied with it. I'd like to make this my pet's permanent veterinary. I felt confident the vet doc knew what she was talking about. Thank you!

I went in today to have my dog neutered. Let me first say this clinic for animals is phenomenal. Unfortunately I had an issue with a vet tech “manager” that ruined all respect. I went in to Spay Illinois today 9/23 early to pay for my dogs services etc. at approximately 2:25 (pick up is between 3-4pm) to expedite the process since early in the morning there were lots of dog/cat parents in the lobby filling out paperwork etc so I figured I come early to start the process. NOT THE CASE. As I walked in I was told “pick up is between 3-4pm” no problem I would like to pay and the guy with dyed bleach blonde hair says “ we are finishing up paperwork” OK no problem I’ll wait… this is when a person named KATIE says “you can’t wait here” huh? what? But it was ok for me to wait with more than 6-8 people this morning in the exact same lobby area? It’s obvious I was not welcome because the staff wanted to Commiserate amongst themselves. I then said “your rude” and walked out once I walked out I decided to come back in and ask for the receptionist’s name (Katie) THATS all I did and blonde tech vet comes hurriedly walking out and then says “ Ma’am ma’am hello ma’am we can check you out” WAIT WHAT EXCUSE ME? I thought the paperwork wasn’t ready?? (EUREKA ITS FINISHED?!) I clearly at this point I am in my vehicle this blonde hair vet tech continues to gab at me…. For what hence words were exchanged mind you no curse words nothing like that, this guy just felt entitled and says “we are in the middle of a pandemic” uhhh ok so there wasn’t a pandemic earlier this morning when the lobby was filled with people? I told him I would pay at 3:00 and he wasn’t having it! Then he says” YOUR NO LONGER WELCOME HERE” oh really? This person clearly uses his “management title” as though he’s entitled. Sorry but that’s disrespectful. I then ask to speak with the owner or whoever is above him. Another person told me her name was Kathy Daniels. I then decided to go and speak to “Kathy Daniels” and a female came out to talk to me named “Katie” I truly don’t believe that is the correct person I asked to talk to. Incredibly sad as this clinic I felt was top notch but telling me “your no longer welcome” because some “manager” cannot communicate properly to a patron? Sad beware.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I've had 2 of my dogs spayed here and all of them for their vaccines, etc. Highly recommend.

This was the most amazingly caring group of people. I highly appreciate the care and consideration of the talented staff and the love they gave our little guy. I cannot express how appreciative we are. Highly recommend!!
