Steer VERY CLEAR of this vet clinic. I am a client here and I just needed Medical Records for my insurance and I was argued with for 10 minutes on the phone by an elderly woman about sending them to me. For MY OWN medical records of MY PET. I asked if she 'wouldn't mind sending these medical records' and she said she 'would very much mind' and argued with me. I am truly in shock. Didn't know people could be that rude. I have NEVER had issues with being sent these before by previous vets, so I don't understand what the big deal is. Previous VCA Client... and I'm going STRAIGHT back to VCA.

Expensive, rude, bad care. Find another vet

Took our 2 dogs here for a few years. Always good care, never any issues for our dogs. Today however, our dog's app. was wrapping up so staff called to go over billing and tell us to meet at the door to sign (never said dog was done). We were at the grocery store across the parking lot at the time, checking out. Said we will be there in 2 mins. Staff says no problem. 2 mins later we get there and the Dr. Is in the parking lot with our dog. He shouts to us that we were rude for leaving our car and making him wait to return our dog; has 2 dogs waiting, he said. We ask, if we are meeting at the door to sign, why not give us the dog then? Why did you leave the other 2 dogs just to berate us in the parking lot? He was clearly more interested in pouting to us than tending to the other dogs. Very unprofessional and embarrassing. We have already contacted a new Vet.

One of the best vet clinics in Northern Illinois let alone Dupage County. The few places I've taken family members for treatment (you know what I'm saying) in over 40 yrs where your loved ones are more important than the bottom line. And this anecdotal analysis does include all other human medical endeavors. There can not be a bigger indictment of capital controlled medicine than this example of how a great small business takes better care of my animals than giant corporations paid billions attempt to take care human beings.

A more personable service. Explains everything so the average person can understand.

Wonderful vet clinic. Dr. Hikes saved the life of my cat in the past after a different vet clinic misdiagnosed. Now she cares for my other two cats. She is very insightful, so very friendly, and a joy to talk to.
