Petsmart got everything I need for my aquarium!

Store is a little cramped but they do carry all of the things I need for my cats and it's clean. Quite a bit of products for most pets plus a groomer on site. I love when they have adoption weekends, lots of pets to see.

Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Pretty much have everything you need.

My local Wheaton store is ALWAYS a great experience .. whether I bring Lightning in too, for a scrumptious "sniff fest" .. where he can explore what squeaky toy he'd like next, or just for a Halloween costume or some fun collar and leash options for the holidays! Great selection and always very helpful staff!

Gunner was banned from PetSmart. He hates getting his nails cut but most of the time we get the right groomer and it's okay. But not today and they banned him. He is a Patterdale terrier and they coded him a Beagle. Not sure the staff knows dogs very well.

Exelent service. My pet was so happy and joyful. We are truly satisfied with the experience.

I get dog food and treats here. I've used them to aquire pets, pet supplies, and dog training classes.

I had to wait a few minutes for some help...not the end of the world. the guy was very cool and very knowledgeable. great fish selection. they actually had snails in stock!

The group at the Darien Pet Smart are so nice and helpful. Their online in store pickup is very convenient for my anxious dog and me.

Got my dog groomed by Karl and he was extremely nice and did an amazing job on Wickets hair cut! By far the best hair cut he's ever gotten! Will be coming back to have Karl groom wicket again!

Very helpful - went to 3 different pet stores and this is the only one where someone offered to help.

In multiple experiences with Raul in the grooming salon, we have had a terrible experience. Not only did he refuse to groom my elderly pet (after we were able to book the appointment), he was rude to my mother who went to drop her off by telling her “I’m not doing it and you can’t make me, lady.” I have no qualms with the store itself, but this employee has made our experience with this store very poor and we will not be returning.

Always helpful staff. Lots and lots of varieties of cat food (dog food, too). Reasonable prices, too.

The cashier was very helpful and pleasant. My kittens were just neutered and she made very helpful suggestions about their grooming and items. I signed up for their bonus program. I purchased a very comfy whisker city donut cat bed and yesterday's news litter. There are so many great items to buy for my fur babies at great prices. I will locate a petsmart near me. Thank you

I've taken my little dog here a few times to get groomed and I've never had a problem. My dog is a sweet old lady who always gets the best report when I pick her up. But today was a different story. I picked up my dog and the lady that did her grooming said she kept moving her head and trying to bite her while cutting around her face. I doubt this happened!! I'll also mention my dog doesn't have all her teeth, she recently got most of them taken out. So she then tells me she ripped out some of my dogs hair from her chin. I thought it was only a few strands so I didn't think much of it. When I got home to put a new collar on my fur baby I see this!!! It looks like a chicken that has pulled it's feathers out!!! My dog is very well behaved and loves her grooms. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! How is this possible?? We're you manhandling my dogs chin and purposely trying to hurt her? I need answers! My dog was also there for 5 hours!! Are you trying to hide something?? I couldn't imagine ripping out a patch of her hair like this!! I will NEVER come back and the woman that touched my sweet girl should be fired!!! Worst place!! Don't bring your fur babies here!!!

Bought two new koi for the pond. Lots to choose from. Relatively inexpensive.

One of the ladies was extremely rude she wore glasses, had an attitude, service was bad. I waited for a long time just to get crickets while the employees literally kept staring at me while doing nothing. cashier was on her phone doing nothing, when I finally received help I was greeted with attitude from a girl. Then I brought the dead fish to her attention which as you can clearly see hasn’t been treated for a while. I usually see dead fish when i’m there but at the top of the tank never at the bottom meaning that it had been days, and the fishes eyes were white or literally completely out of their sockets, their were chunks out of them, and some missing half of their bodies. The women I told, told me that it was normal and that the food they feed them is dead fish. which is literally cannibalism and extremely unhealthy for fish. never buying from here again, and telling my friends the same because this was the worst visit to a pet store that I have ever had.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes people are finally, and sometimes not so much. The prices are a little bit high, but it gets four stars because of the variety and friendliness of certain associates when they are working.

It's fine. Nothing above and beyond.

They say when you call we will do ANYTHING FOR YOUR PET It is a lie. Supposedly my dog is not a good fit to get groomed there because of certain reasons. The last time I will ever set foot in a Petsmart. Sorry but not sorry you lost my business. I seen dogs become aggressive with my dog nothing was done . It bit her tongue and was bleeding. They told us to leave when my dog didn't do anything wrong. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Used the pet hotel for our 2 year old pit mix. He seemed very happy with his stay and price was reasonable.

I love this location everyone is always friendly and they always help me use coupons and discounts and make sure I get the best deal. My son loves coming here and all of the handlers are super nice to him.
