Excellent service and great people. If you get a doggie from Orphans of the Storm this place is a no brainer. We travel over 40 min to get there and it is worth the trip ????????????????????❤️❤️❤️❤️????????????????????????. Our new 5 month old puppy loved her first visit!

The clinic is run efficiently by friendly and supportive staff especially during this "postish" covid time. Dr. Bruce is so good with the pets and people alike, lol. I'm so glad to be able to go in with my pet, thank you!

High quality care for pets. The vets here really care about making sure your pet gets what they need to stay healthy. Quick to answer questions and really helpful at easing fears, especially since one of my dogs has epilepsy. Worth every penny. Highly recommend to all pet lovers and owners.

I am very disappointed in this animal hospital. Twice I have called on urgent matters to get my rescue lab in to see a Dr. and there are never any appointments. Today is a Saturday and there is one Dr. there. For being such a big animal hospital for rescues why would you have one Dr. on a Saturday. My dog has a terrible ear infection and the last incident was kennel cough and they refused to fit her in so I had to pay double at the Animal ER. I adopted a rescue to give her a healthy life and you can't accomadate a 10 minute appt. Very sad

Great place, caring staff. The only issue is their prices started to go up big time. I had to pay $600 in 4 weeks to diagnose and treat common illness for my puppy. They used to be reasonably priced, I don’t feel like that anymore.

Kike them alot and travel a distance to see them. However it would be helpful of they accepted care credit. Especially for pets that need more care, injections monthly etc. Because of this I now have to find different care provider.

I wouldn’t take my cats to any other vet. The staff there is amazing from the Receptionist, vet technician to the vets. Our Storm would of died if it wasn’t for the care Dr Allison Herron and the staff gave. They treat us not only as patients but as family. All the vets there are wonderful But Dr. Herron has a special place in our heart for so many reasons. Since the Covid pandemic they have taken extra safety precautions with curbside Drop off which is wonderful. It keeps us safe but it also keeps them safe which is very important because I would hate for any of them to get sick and not be there to treat our fur babies. Their friendly and keep the office clean. If you want a team that puts your pet first Ruth Helen Wolf Animal clinic is the place to go.

This place is very professional. I have been going to this animal hospital ever since it was recommended by the shelter where I adopted my pup. They are always busy, but busy is good. They really make sure that all your questions are answered as well.

The doctor/staff were wonderful and informed. The pricing was so much more affordable than my previous vet. Could not have been more happy with our first experience as new patients! I took my 1-year-old dog as well as my 9-year-old dog.

When we adopted our pup, it was agreed that we would have to get her spayed at this location. Not only was the communication completely terrible when trying to set up the appointment and after dropping her off the day of, but whoever did the surgery did an absolute hack job. Her skin is completely scrunched together, not a clear straight line, and they only used 3 stitches when it’s clear that the suture needed more than that. The information they gave to us after we picked her up was very negligent and didn’t include anything about what to truly expect after a surgery (like that she may throw up and that’s completely normal, after a lengthy google search.) I understand this is a free procedure due to an agreement with the rescue program, but I would have much rather paid a trustworthy vet in full before being forced to trust these people with my puppy.
