Do not go there, they hit dogs with horse crops if they can't control them. I don't understand how someone can hit your animal because they don't know what there doing. They also fire people for refuseing to hit your dog. Mangers say its a must.

Kane had a great time at daycare today! It’s always great having a tired and happy dog! I always recommend Pampered Pupz this is the only place I trust with my pups!

We take our 2 hound mixes there for daycare a few times a month and they both have a blast! They come back exhausted and so happy. But the reason I wanted to leave a review is because the manager Katie and her team went above and beyond recently, while we had them boarded for a week while we were on vacation. One of our dogs has anxiety and even though she goes to daycare there, we think a week of boarding was too much for her. I got a message from Katie in the morning about halfway through our vacation, and she said that our dog had bad diarrhea and was also vomiting overnight. They expressed that they were very concerned and asked our permission to take her to our vet for evaluation. We of course agreed and they took her over asap and it turned out she was dehydrated and needed some other medications. They kept her separate for her comfort and for the safety of the other dogs and gave us regular updates on her condition. She recovered, and the team kept her comfortable, making sure she was well attended and loved. We appreciate their efforts and attentiveness so much! Can’t recommend Pampered Pup’z enough!!

Phenomenal bathing and grooming service. I am consistently impressed with the care and love this staff of Pampered Pupz shows my little fur baby. I will always continue to bring my angel pup here because of the awesome groomers and friendly vibes everyone here has for all of the pets.

This place is great! My dogs love it there and get so excited when I say, "Let's go to daycare!" They do something special for the dogs on their birthday and they even have Santa come at Christmas time. Plus, there's nothing better than picking up a happy, worn out, freshly bathed dog!

Thank you so much for all the love and care you provided to my babies Rupert & River! I was so concerned about my boys! They came home so happy, looked wonderful after their baths! You guys are so amazing! It was a very long week for me, my boys were having such a wonderful time, I don’t think they missed me! Thanks everyone! You guys are the best!!!

The best doggie daycare & boarding place in lake County.

I love this place! I bring my puppy here and my mom brings her two dogs and all three of them practically pull us through the door ready to go play in daycare and I love that the staff remembers my dogs names and are greeted as they walk in. The bathing is also awesome their shampoo smells so good and the dogs always come home tired and smelling clean.

Great people. Charlie has been getting groomed there for 10 years. Never had a bad groom. Two paws up!!!

Michelle is an excellent groomer! I've seen a lot of her work and she makes dogs look great. She handles the dogs with care and takes pride in her work :)

When we were faced with our dog care place closing its doors a couple of years ago, we were in a bit of a panic! We then found Pampered Pup'z!!!! The were just what we needed. They had a great open and close time and they really seemed to care about our Charlie. We can't say enough good things about how much we appreciate them loving and caring for our guy when we are working. (oh in the picture, Charlie is the big white dog in the middle! a.k.a. "good boy") LOL

We love this place. The staff is so friendly. The hours of operation work perfectly with my schedule (only place that I know of that opens at 6:30am). My boys love it! They are exhausted each day when I pick them up.

We have 3 dogs and they just absolutely love this place! Staff is friendly and gets to know every person and pet. Our dogs come home happy and tired!

My three dogs have been coming here for years for baths and grooms! My jack russell and dachshund come home smelling so good and feeling so soft. My dachshund is 14 years old and my Bichipoo is blind but they are always treated so kindly and with love from the staff. Luis is the back manager and is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and have taught me a lot about doggy nutrition. If you want a daycare that cares I highly recommend Pampered Pupz!

Great place and great service. Cleaner and more professional than other doggie daycares. They require proof of vaccination where other places just ask. Plus, they have great groomers.

Wonderful place to board and for daycare. My dogs run to the door when I say we are going to daycare. They can't wait to get out of the car and into daycare each week. Staff are professional, friendly, and helpful with questions/concerns. They make you feel comfortable leaving your fur babies in their care! This is the only place I leave my dogs for vacation. We even choose to send them here when family offers to take them!!!

My 1st review i gave this place a job well done. Then i needed their services again. Some play time & another sleep over. Well last couple times i askec if she had gone potty. No one could tell me she had a nip on her side. When i got home i called i understand things happen. But then it happened again. Only this bite was a my dogs side of her face with 4 puncture marks. I called left a message never heard a word back from anyone. They helped me in a very tight spot originally but i think. We will be parting ways besides they still have not called. Pampered Pupz is the best! My two dogs get so excited to stay for daycare or overnight. Our puppy got sick one time while there and study took excellent care of her...even drove her to emergency vet free of charge.
