Horrible experience! My beautiful chocolate Labradoodle was shaved to the bone! I was told that bringing her in every 6 wks would avoid her from getting matted. I did, religiously. At our last visit, 6 wks ago, the groomer did not trim her enough. I expressed my concern, since winter was here. She was dismissive and didn’t reply. Yesterday, I brought my dog in and was scolded on how much work is needed when you own a doodle and that I need to use a metal comb (which I do daily). I was told they needed to shave her because she was matted everywhere. I was hesitant, but agreed. After a few hours, I was surprised when I received a call telling me my dog was ready for pick up (they usually keep her over 3 hours). When I picked her up, I didn’t recognize my dog! She was completely shaved done to the bone EVERYWHERE. The few hairs on her face were uneven and she looked awful. I was horrified and started crying. The groomer didn’t even have the decency to come out and speak to me. The service we received was careless, dismissive and rushed. I have never written a bad review before, but I couldn’t let this one go. 1 star is way more then you deserve!

I had a great experience there, I only went there to get some Neon Tetras. Brian, the staff that helped me was great and was very friendly. That man deserves a raise for what he does.

Had an appointment booked for a bath and brush for my lab but 45 minutes before the appointment I got an email saying they had cancelled it, double checked the app and it said cancelled. Was never given a phone call, reason why, or any follow up. This was going to be my first time here but should’ve stuck with Petco.

I will no longer use this store for grooming. Today was the 2nd time that my appointment was cancelled at the last minute, while I was driving there. Wasted another day off.
