Great people to deal with

The doctors and the assistants are very responsive to the concerns of your fur babies. I give a 5 * for this reason because as a pet mom you love your baby and you want them to be attentive to your baby’s care

I had been looking for a great vet for my 11year old baby Oliver. Our previous vet retired. I was so impressed & comfortable with the way Oliver was treated. Very professional and respected my feeling of worrisome since Oliver had not had any major problems his whole life. We will be staying with Lansing Animal hospital for sure. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and caring.

My mom has been taking her dogs here for years. When I finally got my daughter’s puppy for her birthday my Fendi needed her up to date shots and rabies shot prior to grooming. So what better place would it be other than Lansing Animal Hospital to provide these services. The girls in the hospital were extremely nice and helpful. The facility was clean and I would recommend if your looking for a nice animal hospital.

Hard to find someone these days. We don't have alot of money but i can tell you, staff is great. Ive had to put down 2 babies and they were great. They let us take our time and showed great compassion. Highly recommended!

I love this place! They take such good care of my dog Charlie and they make sure to give me detailed information about his health and great suggestions to keep him happy and healthy.

The hospital staff are courteous and attentive. My concerns were important to them. They treated my girl with dignity and respect. She had a good experience which made me happy to take her there.

The office staff was so friendly when Intook my cat there for routine shots. The was knowledgeable and helped figure out the age of my baby boy. I'll be going back with my other kitties.

We had an emergency with one of our dogs and after calling various animal clinics near us with no availability I decided to call one familiar animal clinic in Lansing where we used to live. Lansing Animal Hospital was able to get our dog in right away no questions asked. Thank you for your service and treating our dog. Your staff did an outstanding job. We will definitely be making the drive back to Lansing for all our pet needs.

Lansing animal hospital is always changing doctors and office help. I have been going there for years and always had great service. Since the original owners sold the business it has gone down. The last doctor that looked at my dog says the dog was borderline heart worm.. How can a pet be boarder line

They were really good with my dog. I was surprised how good she was at the vets. Will definitely take her again for her follow ups.

On August 6, 7 & 8 I made numerous calls to LAH but could not talk to anyone or leave a message. On Monday morning I finally spoke to the clerk and expressed my concerns that our dog was on her sixth day of not eating. Jinger had been diagnosed with a tumor in April. Dr Sava was helpful in suggesting some medicines and methods to help her along. However, this was her second episode of not eating and we made the painful decision to have her put down. While waiting thru the weekend for the staff to return to work we kept Jinger as comfortable as we could. When asked to make an appt with the doctor I was told I would have to wait until September. This was outrageous! I could not put Jinger thru any more pain. I have been a customer of LAH since Dr. Darlington opened the clinic. Throughout these 60 years I received outstanding, compassionate service from the many doctors and staff. Prior to Dr Sava we were very fond of Dr. Ritter who helped our pet through a crisis when she was much younger Dr. Ritter was patient , compassionate and very professional. I had to take Jinger to Oak Forest Animal Hosp. They were kind and comforted us thru her passing and helped us accept our decision. Jinger is at peace and we miss her but she is not no longer sick. I am ashamed that this clinic bears the name of Lansing and will let everyone who inquires about it how poor their service was when I needed them. I have spent thousands of dollars there on four animals over the last 60 years.

I would like to recognize and show my appreciation for Dr. Nava she has been Amazing and helpful and very informative about everything happening with my fur baby titan. She has been so supportive and guiding me through the next steps I have to take to help my dog titan get better. I appreciate her patience with all my questions and appreciate her keeping me updated and informed.

Highly disappointed with this place! I was giving them the benefit of doubt since i know the vet is a good person, but after today I'm really upset! They charged me nearly $500 to make my dog vomit! To put it on lamest terms. A nearly$100 emergency exam fee when it was during regular business hours! Mind you my pet was not critically ill! Just took him as a precaution!

I’ve stayed with this Vet for over 20 years now with my family dogs being cared for here and even after i went out on my own when i turned 18 and got my own babies, i still took them to this place. I am deaf. They were always sure to make sure i can read their lips- with safe distance of course and i would wear my own mask while they are speaking. They even typed in everything on paper in details what they went through with my dog/s. They always reassured me for anything i had questions or concerns about. They are amazing! They definitely make sure to reach out to you and resolve any issue that you left their place if you were disturbed with anything. I’ve only had one upsetting visit because there was miscommunication with a person that i had never seen before, so i left without feeling confident in my baby being taken cared of but they reached out to me in an email (which makes me HAPPY!) because this way i know exactly what’s going on when we are talking. I love this place! They immediately fixed the issues after i stated it.

I love how they treat you as well as my dog Zoe like family since day one.I would recommend this animal Hosp to anyone in need.Very professional and they also follow up afterwards checking on your pet.I truly appreciate their hardworking team,especially during this time.

I have taken my dg to this place of business for severa year I went up to the place f business this morning and waited outside I called several times finally at 815 someone answered the phone I asked if the hours changed the clerk said no very nasty I informed her that i was outside my animal was sick whats her name you need an appointment I asked when did that change I was just there last year you need an appointment I said I cant be seen by a Dr my animal has been comming there for 7 years really no good customer service the manger is name Liz she wont be in until noon and hung up in y face don`t bother with this type of service they have shhitty help when you spend your money you deserver better
