We just recently switched over to All Creatures from a vet that was in one of the big box pet stores. Let's call them Fanfield. We had been with them for years but were really never elated with the care our dogs received. Now that our only remaining pup is getting up there in years and has been experiencing new physical issues, we moved over to this highly recommended veterinarian. I can't tell you how much we wish we had done this long ago. The difference in the level of care and caring is absolutely incredible. We are so happy with this group of doctors and technicians! They are all great, animal loving people and it really gives us great confidence in the care our dog is receiving.

They are fanatical about covid and makes me uncomfortable.

Dr. Lapin has been our family vet for over ten in years. We followed her to this clinic when she moved here. I am very pleased with the care my dogs have received here from all of the staff. I also appreciate the steps they have taken to minimize the risk of Covid for their human clients and their staff.

A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The quality of service and the genuine care and affection shown to our animals is hard to replace.

We've been a customer for over 20 years. Quality vet care. Recently saw one of the newer vets, Dr. Bloomberg, and he was great. We had routine checkups and shots done for our pup and 2 cats. I wish they had someone that handled exotics, we had an old beardie that needed end of life care and we ended up having to go elsewhere.

My family and I have brought our pets (dogs & a cat) to All Creatures for over 20 years. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Dr. Nordstrom to all pet owners. He takes his time with every fur parent, answers all of your questions and is very kind! (My dog is VERY shy and I have seen him take his time to approach her in a way that she was comfortable with. I also had an elderly cat with special needs and she was so comfortable around him!) Because of COVID19 all of the conversations are over the phone, but they do not rush you or take your concerns any less seriously.

Great Dr's , Great staff, attentive, compassionate, gracious, supportive and tolerant. My pet is very fortunate to have them caring for him.????

From booking the appointment to paying for the visit, Dr. Horawitz & his staff were amazing. I Herve 2 cats & both he & his vet tech couldn't have been more gentle. The exam was thorough yet gentle & they even sent someone into the room to take payment. Based on this experience I definitely won't wait so long to bring them back in.

We have always had a very pleasant experience with the doctors and the staff here and they take very good care of our pet. They have also adapted well to COVID and most appointments are converted to drive up.

Very thoughtful, kind, and good with the animals. They are thorough and explain everything very well. Unfortunately, everything is by phone due to Covid, but they are very careful and it is appreciated!

Awesome job with curbside pickup!

I took my dog there when he started to have some issues. He was 11 and healthy for the most part. We found out he had a hole in his heart. That was for sure. I was on a budget .So when I couldnt afford to do every test in the world, they stated I didn't love my animal enough. They stated if I cared enough I would do the testing. I have 2 kids to support I'm sorry i didn't have 3000 in the bank to spend on testing when he was dying anyways. We lost him but made him comfortable and he died with family. I would say be more compassionate with people not everything is about money some people can't afford everything but compassion and love goes a long way.

In decades of bringing both dogs and cats here we've only ever had good to great experiences with the vets, including when we had pets with some serious medical issues (post-treatment instructions for the humans plus "she is a cat and can do what she wants" for the cat). Several of the vets have their own special needs pets so they know what it's like at home. Finally, prices for visits and meds have always been reasonable, including for xrays and surgery.

Excellent hours, employees all show a high level of care for the animals, and they are capable of providing advanced animal care. We've taken our dog and rabbit to them for a number of years and they have done an excellent job.

Dr. Nordstrom is the best in the biz! Prices were great, especially considering the level of care that my dog received. For just a standard yearly visit and exam, the level of thoroughness was incredible. The Dr really took his time to look over my dog to make sure he was in top health. Also, the tech staff was so nice and considerate. This place feels like home and I will always recommend my family and friends to this clinic. I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

The people are always so nice and caring! Dropping the one star because every time I seem to call I'm placed on hold for a long period of time. One time it was 10 min.

So far I love this place. Fantastic customer service both to humans and canines. My last animal hospital experience was quite chaotic so it is very refreshing to have found this place. I hope they continue to live up to my rather high expectations.

Honest veterinarians, friendly staff and prices that are very fair compared to other clinics. I just switched to this clinic after 7 years of getting screwed by another one for my dog's needs. I already have recommended this clinic to my neighbor.
