Won’t answer their phone, won’t return messages. Don’t know how they stay in business. Don’t bother. Recommend you go elsewhere.

Green Paws is the best vet we've ever seen and due to COVID, I've only been able to talk to them on the phone! They're so great with our cats though, they're never skittish or uncomfortable when they come home like they used to be with Banfield. The doctors are honest and compassionate and the pricing is fair. I can't recommend them enough.

I walked into Green Paws during business hours. I was told to please exit and wait outside. And call for assistance via telephone while standing on LaGrange Road. I came here to spend money on pet meds only. They lost my business. I left and went to Petsmart where I received human & friendly service. 11/05/21

Been taking my cat and dog here for over three years. Unfortunately the service has gone down hill. The staff is unorganized, unprofessional. I asked for my cat’s test results to be email to me never received them. They lied told me they did, took over a month to get them. I brought my dog for a check up and they tell me they are going to muzzle him cause he is listed as aggressive are you kidding me?!? He is 20lbs and he just gave you his paw to greet you. This is of high concern to me as I don’t even know if they are keeping the records up-to-date or worse mixing up records with other animals?

We recently came back here after a few years away and we are so glad we did!!!! They are always SO friendly, very responsive and was so nice to be able to schedule an appointment. They kept on time, the doc called us to discuss our pups plan of care, answered all of our questions (which were a lot since our dogs are like our children!) and we never felt rushed. We were presented with different options and scenarios which helped us to make decisions on his care and the best game plan moving forward. I felt that all the care was in the best interest of our pup. We will definitely be bringing our other little guy here when he’s due for follow up as well!

I have asked for my cats records 3 times and I need them sent for insurance purposes and they will not or have not done so. They lied and said they sent them to me but they did not.

An amazingly wonderful and safe place to take our crazy dog. We adopted our dog from a shelter and he had so many issues of trust and fear due to whatever happened before we got him. Everyone here understood our dilemma in finding a vet who would take their time with him and believe that he was a good dog at heart and not always the super protector exterior he put on when he first met you. They made accommodations for us when we came in for visits, they listened to us about how to best manage the dog, they were (are) caring and kind and just more than we could have known we needed. I will NEVER take any animal I care for to another vet. This is my place, these are my people and I fully trust them to take care of the ones I love. Thank you Green Paws for making something that was so very stressful before I met you, a little less stressful.

The entire staff is great and very accomadating. My puppy was sick and dehydrated. They took her in am and I was able to go to work and pick her up later. Wonderful! They suggested food for her to eat she loves it I'm going to get more! I love Green Paws in Lagrange. Wish they were opened 24/7.

Great staff that got me in quickly

Gia is a wonderful vet, and we hold her in the highest regard. It makes this review tough to write. The rest of the office seems to be haphazard and not organized. We had our dog in a few weeks ago with some issues and have run the course of medicine as prescribed. Things have not gotten better and when calling to try and make a follow up we were told nothing was available until 5 days later. When pushing the issue we were told maybe we should seek emergency services. I just can’t understand a blood draw not being able to be scheduled for 5 days...the staff has been short on the phone, and when asking for other referrals in the area, they pointed me to google...helpful thanks...

They are absolutely the best vets in the area. Both doctors are very friendly and have genuine interest in your pet. My German Shepherd was throwing up food and water, feeling week with zero energy. I called them and they told me to bring her in right away. They gave her shot that stopped vymioting right away. We left office with medications, and she felt better the next day. I would not go anywhere else and I would highly recommend this place to any pet owner. Even if you're not really close it's worth it to take your pet to the best vet, they are not pushing any unnecessary services. Always honest, helpful, friendly and very reasonable prices. Stop looking, make appointment with Green Paws.

We are new to the area, and also new puppy parents. We are so luck to have found Dr. Gallegos and the GPVC family! From our very first appointment, you could tell that Dr. G and her team love what they do and their patients! They've been so helpful with our questions, concerns, appointment requests, recommendations, etc. - we are so glad to have found a home with GPVC and Dr. Gallegos! Not to mention, Penelope gets so excited to see everyone and absolutely loves them!!

The vets are excellent and caring with the animals as are all who work there. My cat actually enjoys going to see the vet!

Dr. Gia and Dr. Marcotte are the best vets I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their knowledge and skill in handling animals is top notch. I’ve had the occasion of bringing my cats and dog numerous times for many different maladies (some at an emergency capacity) and each time, my pets were treated with the best care by both doctors and staff. Their prcing is very reasonable as well. I trust their integrity as they really do care about animals.
