The staff is phenomenal, they care about your pets needs and are always very patient and listen to any concerns you may have.

The people there are so friendly, helpful, and do their best to get you checked in.

Listen the doctors are great but the service you get just isn’t worth the money. I was on a plan for a year thinking it was going to save me money in the long run but really if you have the option to get pet insurance through your employer do that instead. They service a ton of animals a day so they have you drop off your pet early in the morning and they may not actually see them until late afternoon which means that your pet is just sitting in a crate waiting. Save yourself the time and your animals distress and just get insurance and go to a small family vet that will actually service your pet when they arrive.

It was great. First time for our puppy Sasha to get her checl up and shots and she did great! We are on a puppy plan and its perfect!

Very nice. He really explains what happened, what he can do for the animals and will work within your budget and will always fit you in in case of an emergency. Has medication on site too.

Good pet care at an affordable price with various monthly plans to suit the needs of budget concious people. Friendly and courteous staff. Situated in PetSmart stores, but independant of them.

Absolutely horrible customer service and professionalism. Waited an hour to be seen and the Vet wouldn’t even come out to speak with me. She “called” me over the phone to discuss the issue with my dog. They have zero respect for people’s time. I’m in there on a monthly basis to have shots performed on my dog and EVERY TIME I end up waiting 20+ minutes to be seen.

Good people always take care of our pets

I've been taking my cat here for a few years now and I just recommended this place to my sister for her dog and now she has the dog on a wellness plan! The people here are very professional, nice, and welcoming. They will answer any questions you have at all about any pet advice.

So far so good' i take my puppy here for all her medical needs' and the staff are always great with her and with me as well..

They've done a great job taking care of our puppy. (8 months now) We bought their insurance and they've treated her great and most of all it has been affordable. She was even spayed and it ran us about 400 total with medicines for an ear infection as well. They treat the animals great and im going to sign two more pets up.

This place has been a god send for our diabetic cat. I'm not sure how'd I'd be able to afford keeping up on her treatment with out them.

My dog loves this place

I have to admit I was very concerned at first to take my micro bully here, the place is inside a PetSmart and I’ve been have bad luck finding a good vet. But I was so wrong, the vets here are awesome! They take their time to fully exam your pet and answer any concerns you might have!

Have been taking Sox here since he was 2 months old, he's now 12 1/2. Great care good staff and caring doctors and he loves it there!
