The salon crew works so well together and I can say this because my son works there and I hear first hand how hectic things get in there.Not only is Erica and Mallory great with their customers they treat their employees great. I can not wait to bring Misty in for her first nail trim and bath!

This was another chance to visit the store. My prescription card was renewed for my dog and the store members helped me with locating the prescription dog food/Hills -WD the canned meals. I was also informed that I could order through Chewy.com.

I’ve been bringing my dog here more than 3 appointments. After my last appointment a couple days ago, my dog got a nasty eye infection. I won’t be returning.

Has almost anything you could want for your pet. And if they don't have it they probably could order it.

Always friendly knowledgeable staff

We went for the Christmas photos ( great idea) and while there made some purchases. The store was very well laid out, clean , and shelves were full ( hard to do today). The staff was super friendly and loved our dogs. They was helpful and there were no lengthy lines. Nice store.

Their running out of cat food varieties, but still have a better selection than Walmart.

Erica is always so very friendly and helpful. She knows the food and supplies I purchase on a regular basis for my cats and my dog. She always asks me, "Did you get everything you needed today?" She also asks, "Is there any additional products you need today?" Erica always says hello and have a great day! Erica does a great job as the Manager. She and her staff keep the store clean and well stocked. Keep up the great work, Erica & team!

Very clean easy to find all kinds of products for your pets. Friendly and informative staff I definitely recommend that anyone that's looking for supplies for their pets come check them out.

I took my dog to the dog to their grooming salon for a bath and brush. I waited an hour and a half and they only cut his nails, they did not shave or scissor the pads of his feet. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning, it was not worth the time and money I paid-I do not recommend.

Amazing store I always find my pet supplies for cat, dogs, fish and turtles well stocked everytime.

It's ok. Didn't have what I needed for my fish. Other items a little pricey. I ended up getting what I needed at Walmart.

My dog has special needs. Petsmart is always in stock to meet my needs.

Love that they work with a shelter. Got the newest member of our family and she is beyond sweet.

Only 1 register open very crowded.I needed help finding something and information no one around to even answer a question the place didn't have much stock and was dirty.

Good variety for kittens toys :) ideal even for a short babysitting gig

Good choice of pet products and small pets, however their prices tend to be a little on the high side. Some PetSmart stores have a Banfield Animal Hospital inside the store. This one in Countryside is excellent for reasonably priced veterinary services.

Friendly staff. Asked for help and got recommendations on what to get. Check outIine wasn't too busy but they opened up another one for a fast transaction.

Didn't have what I wanted so I went to Petco.

Need more stock always out of everything! Cashier was excellent!

The grooming service is great! Our groomer Rachel V. is fabulous and pleasant to deal with!

I've never had a problem with online orders or curbside pick up unless I've used this store. I ordered prior to five, long before close. When I called the store because I was worried he wouldn't have his food at 8 I was told yeah sorry they'd have someone pick the order tomorrow ......regardless of what they have advertised...or the interest of my pet
