Been through 3 other vet clinics. This was the best vet appointment I ever had. I have an incredibly nervous/fearful shih tzu and he had all his shots today with zero issues. He was surprisingly good friends with the vet and assistant by the end of the appt. Great job Sarah and Dr Kaitlyn. Thank you.

We are new to Janesville. I made an appointment to take my cat in to have his nails cut because he refuses to allow us to do it and needs a mild sedative. I choose this office based on reviews. I wasn’t told any information regarding wearing masks when I made the appointment. Our appointment was scheduled for 7:45 AM. We arrived on time and the door was locked. The lights were off and there was a sign in the door that advised to call upon arrival. A lady came and opened the door. She advised us that only one person was allowed in and that person must wear a mask. My husband went to the car and I retrieved my mask and headed back to the door. When I opened the door the lady rushed over with a piece of paper and blocked my entrance. She told me I would have to fill out the paperwork outside and the doctor would be in shortly. I advised her that my husband and I had both already had COVID and that we were also vaccinated. She apologized and said the Doctor had strict rules. I was thinking that even the hospitals don’t have rules that strict! Had I been advised of his strict rules while making the appointment I would have gone to a different Vet. I told her we would take him somewhere else and left. I am 68 years old, have already had the virus and have gotten both my jabs. Here is MY STRICT rule: I will not let others dictate my freedom because of an unreasonable fear of a virus which has never been controlled by masks. I will give my business to those who share similar views. I wanted to give one star but I felt based on other reviews that the Vet probably is good at his trade, unfortunately I will never know for myself.

Dr Nicole is amazing...the entire staff is really! I've been to both the East side and the West side locations...I recommend them both to all!

I absolutely love them ! Have been bringing my old girl there and today was the day we had to say goodbye. They were wonderful to us. They were so kind and caring. Gave me as much time as I needed. They are also relatively inexpensive. GREAT place and team !!

I have taken all of my Animals here for years. The entire staff here are world class professionals. Run to this place with your animals. You will not be sorry. Pictured is our rescue Jax. He’s Blind with Brain Damage. Another dog bit him and his Doctors got him in right away and fixed him all up. I love this place

Dr. Long and staff helped me through the absolute most difficult time of my life when losing my beloved dog. I've been going here for 10 years and would drive however long I'd have to just to bring my babies here. I trust, respect and appreciate the kindness, professionalism and empathy that Dr. Long, all veterinarians on staff, vet technicians, assistants & receptionists have. Can't say enough about both clinic's. Everyone makes you feel that your pet and yourself are always in the best hands.

Both Locations are awesome. Staff is very friendly and is very good to my dogs. I couldn't ask for a better Dr I have for my dogs in Dr. Mike. He is the be est and you can tell he truly cares about the animals he takes care of. He is very easy to talk to and explains everything to me. I never leave the office having any questions he is sure to answer them all. Good job to the East side and West side clinics.

I have been taking my cats to the Janesville Veterinary Clinic since we moved back in 2018 and I can't say enough good things about this clinic (and West). Whenever one of my cats has had an urgent need to see them, they get them in asap. They are very thorough and available to answer any and all questions. Prompt with test results, etc. Also I have yet to meet a vet tech or vet that I didn't completely trust with my pets. Highly recommend!

Very nice place. There isn't a bad thing about it. From the receptionist to the doctor it's all good. You will like it and so will your pet, as well as any kids you bring. Highly recommend!!

Excellent care for both our dogs! They are slightly more expensive than other places we have been, but the service and quality of care makes up for it. Every time the dogs come out, (can’t go in due to COVID) they give us a picture of the dog printed out looking like they are in heaven and being smothered with treats and affection.

I love this all the veterinary doctors in this practice. They are compassionate, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and articulate. I've been to both locations and I'm always thrilled with the service.
