Awesome vets! Was wonderful helping with my sick puppy.

We had an elderly 13 year old dog with failing kidneys. Told us it could takes months or even years for them to completely fail. After about six months and after having labs done just two week prior which showed he was doing well, he suddending took a turn for the worse. Couldn't stand, could barely walk with assistance and couldn't control his bowls. Called our regular vet who told us it would be weeks before they could see the dog, even for euthansia. We then called other vets, but since we weren't a regular client, they also told us it would be weeks before they could fit us in. Since my daughter has her cat with Badger Vet I tried there next. They squeezed us in the next day! I have since transfered all my pets to Badger Vet. They have shown nothing but compassion and given quality care to all our family pets.

Sharing for my daughter as it was taken down. Isn't the reason for reviews to be able to share your experience so others can make a decision. Because this is unfavorable it will be deleted? "Ultimately, vet put my dog under anesthesia and was unable to perform a small surgery because he DID NOT properly do the diagnostics and thoroughly examine my dog beforehand, causing my dog more stress, improper care, and huge bill. The vet & upper management DID NOT take any responsibility for what happened and DID NOT show any empathy towards my concerns or frustrations." Longer story will not fit.

We took our Zeke to badger care for the first time after not being 100% satisfied with our vets answer to his limp when walking. We were told to see an orthopedic specialist and badger vet has one. Turns out our original vet missed an infected paw pad. So after x-rays and worries we breathed easier after badger vet. They were so great with Zeke as he's 150lb Akita. The vet laid right on the floor with him to make him feel much more comfortable. And when they decided to wrap his paw up, instead of trying to take him to the back, they did everything right there so Zeke didn't have to become even more uncomfortable as he was scared already. We have decided to make Badger Vet our new full time vet service for all 3 of our Akitas and even already went back for our cat. Thank you Badger Vet!

We visited the vet for the first time this week, although our new dog is not new to the practice. They greeted our Lab like an old friend, were very good about sharing details of her past, and have been very friendly and quick to answer questions. Next visit is to get her spayed... so far so good!

I cannot say enough good things about Badger Vet. They have been amazing with my animals and always there to answer my questions. I will not take my animals anywhere else.

It's so difficult to find a Dr. that will treat birds. Dr. Servantez, has seen my African Grey ,Simba, several times for a beak trim. Simba has a crossed beak and is not a friendly bird, but Dr. Servantez handles him with with the utmost care and does an excellent job. I don't know what we'd do without him! Healthy beak,healthy bird. Thanks so much!

The staff is always helpful and great you with a smile. They truly care about their animal patients.

Like so many others, I had an urgent situation with my cat. I couldn't get her into her normal vet for a week. While her situation wasn't an *emergency* it WAS urgent. She was extremely uncomfortable. Badger got her in DAYS sooner. She's on the mend now and we can all relax. Thanks to Badger Vet & Dr. Sheetz (and all the others, I've been helped by them all at different times)!!!

I am so grateful to this vet. They were booked solid and my poor boy was dying, I called several vets that I had worked with and none of them would get us in. Badger bent over backwards to squeeze us in, even with COVID. On top of accommodating us when they were also very busy, everyone was so empathetic to us and treated us with total compassion. I was also pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. I would definitely recommend them! I have had my dogs seen by 3 vets there and love them all.

Dr. Servantez is the type of vet that does this because he truly loves animals. He puts his all into helping animals in every way he can including being on the board for the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin.The staff there is friendly and the environment is clean. Abby happens to be our favorite receptionist as she made a special bond with our Frenchie and always has a smile on her face. You leave the appointments feeling confident in your animals care.

I love this place. From the receptionist to the techs to my vet (Dr Krier), everyone here has made me feel like my pets are welcome and cared for. And when my cat suddenly grew sick, Dr Krier always found the time to squeeze her into his schedule for labs or testing. He would personally call me to review the results and talk in detail about what they meant and where we would go from there. Prices are what you would expect (not the cheapest by any means) but I feel the quality of care for my furry ones is worth the extra money.

DR Steven Servantez and his vet tech were wonderful to work with! Very friendly, profession and out going!!! Our doggies love going for their check ups!

This is the 1st time our boy has stayed in a kennel ever at 16 1/2 years old. I feel he was treated with love and kindness. He did have bacteria infection due to nerves (there were bad storms while he was there). I received the initial call to allow the test to be taken, but didn't receive a follow up call with the results and treatment. I also asked them to trim his nails while he was there. I feel this could have been done when he got his bath. For these 2 reasons I'm giving a 4.

I have a very anxious dog and they worked with me to make sure that he was comfortable during our surgical consultation. That is why I am going to THIS clinic for his surgery, rather than others.

HIGHLY recommend, always wonderful service and friendly staff!

I'm just gonna lay it straight out on the line Badger care veterinarian of janesvillie is one of the worst veterinarian offices I have ever been to Doctor savantes honestly killed my 8 month old Holland lob By not returning phone calls in a timely matter..... Please if you love your animals do not take it to Badger care veterinarian very cold hearted individuals work here Is no sympathy for the loss of a animal or the pet parent.... I hate this veterinarian office with a Passion Low life dirtbags work here...

My middle Chihuahua needed a new prescription for her heart meds. Her previous vet could not see her until October. That was not going to work. I moved all eight of my pets to Badger Vet. One by one they will all see Dr Servantez. Dr S was very gentle with EmmaJane; she was nervous, but she did very well. Dr Steve said she was very well behaved, of course she is! Thank you Dr Steve and staff, we'll be back!

On Saturday morning, I called your clinic, being that it was the ONLY vet in the area that was open. My dog was having a MEDICAL emergency. I was put on hold for 10 minutes while I was driving towards your clinic. When the person came back on the line, I was told that you had a full day, that you weren't taking any new patients, and that you just couldn't "squeeze" us in. So, I had to drive to the emergency vet in Madison. My dog died on the way there. It's a dirty rotten shame that you couldn't be bothered to help her. She could have had a chance. I will tell everyone I know about this.

We have been using Badger Vet for well over 20 + years. Both Dr. Servantez & Dr Krier are top notch in their field. We moved away from the Janesville area in 2015 but still travel from Oconomowoc to have the team take care of our furry companions.

I honestly wish I could give them more than a 5 star rating. This past weekend my cat Stitch got really sick. We took Stitch to his normal vet on Monday morning. He sent my cat home and literally sent him home to die. So I laid on my bathroom floor all night with Stitch on Monday and come early Tuesday morning I called a bunch of different vets in hopes to save Stitch. Well everyone was booked and I was getting very frustrated because his life was on the line. Finally I called Badger Vet Hospital and even though they were booked they listened to my situation and then talked to the doctor. The doctor told me to bring Stitch in right away even though they were really busy. Stitch has now been there for 2 days and he is most likely coming home tonight. They saved his life and I am forever grateful for this vet. We will now be switching to this vet for both of our kitties. Also the prices are very reasonable. They have also called twice a day with an update on Stitch and we appreciated that so much. Thank you thank you thank you for saving our babies life. Someone earlier was asking for vet recommendations and I am glad to say I recommended you!

Taken all my dogs to them. Abby is awesome and so kind and Dr. SERVANTES is just great.

They take such hood care of my Bullies !????
