Dr. Zimmerman is a miracle worker and truly cares about the people and pets. He always puts the dog's needs first and takes the time to treat every doggo and get to know them. Support staff are kind and understanding.

Have been coming here for 10 years. Great solid service. This is the place for annual pet check ups, not for urgent or critical care. I don't recommend for pets with cancer or other diseases, have them go to a geriatric vet if that makes sense! As pets age they need different care. The staff are kind, the care for my pet was always good and we had her put to sleep here. Appreciate the service and hope to be a customer again.

I taken my pets to All Pets for years, but the quality has really gone down hill. I regret recommending to friends, as some have had serious consequences to their mistakes. I will not bring my pets back here and have asked my friends to do the same.

Their hours are from 8:00 to 12 and 1 to whenever you close I was sitting there outside and it was after 1:00 almost 2:00 and no one was there very disappointed

Incredibly caring and capable staff. They really care for my cat Jakey. She is 14 yrs.old and needs their care and I need the care and education they provide me with and the comfort I feel when I take Jakey home.

Vets and staff are wonderful

Both Doctor’s are great and care so much for my fur babies! My dog had broke his ulna and radius and Dr. Graettinger has helped significantly with all his rehabilitation!

Had a great first experience and appointment with my cat today! Tiara was EXCELLENT and SO personable! I hope Olaf can have her every time he goes to the vet, but I’m sure all the staff are great! All my questions were answered and multiple suggestions were given. I was even educated on some things to look out for in the future to always keep Olaf being the best kitty! Thanks for the awesome customer service!

They have been great on how they take care of Solo.

We've been taking dogs there for nearly 30 years. Both Dr. Zimmerman and Dr. Graettinger are top notch and have a fantastic rapport with pets. You can tell all of their staff love pets and do their best to give them the loving care they deserve.

Terrible service. Would not recommend. *Update* case in point it: it took this business FIVE MONTHS to respond to this review. All the more reason there will never be a day I recommend their services, or should I say lack of, to anyone. If I selecting zero stars was an option, I would have selected that instead.

I board my dog during surgery. When I picked my dog, I was half way when I realized, my dog's blanket wasn't not with me. I had to drive back. When I got home, I saw that her feed and water bowl was missing. I told them was not driving there a third time and told them to bring it to me.

My dog wasn’t there but for 5 minutes and they tied her neck so tight she was immediately turning purple. I asked them to explain what they were doing and they said she’s doing it to herself when in fact the were hanging her by her neck to begin with. They immediately got mad at me for questioning their methods and refused to treat her and said that they were done treating her and left the room. All pets deserves to be shut down for how inhuman they are.

Was very nice taking my dog here they have gave me miss information on dates sent out wrong schedule and I don’t understand why you have to pay for a exam every visit for a shot if someone can’t afford it they should be able to get just the shot I was ask not to come back because I couldn’t afford the exam and to go somewhere else sad

Have trusted them with our pets for 20+ years. Rarely has there been a time when they haven't made an effort to assist us with an ill pet and on several occasions we received follow-up calls after we have gone home checking on our progress. A particular shout out to Dr. G.

I called in to see about preventative flea treatment for my bunny. They gave me way more information than I needed, and they were very nice. They were also very nice when I came in to buy the flea treatment from them. The best part is that they will sell you a single use, so you don't need to buy an entire pack for $50 like regular stores.

All of my pets---multiples of them--were patients of All Pets for over a decade--- that is, until I had a dire emergency. The morning before I was to fly out of town, 3 pups developed kennel cough. No one, not the young woman who answered the phone, nor clinic manager Lisa saw it fit to "fit"me in, even though I called 1st thing and they had an entire day to do so---"Nope, sorry, we're booked"---and even though, they are by far one of the most, if not the most, expensive vet clinic in town I had spent thousands, and would have cont'd to spend thousands, because I was a loyal customer.

We have been going to All Pets for years through 5 different cats. All of the staff has been wonderful to all of them and especially with the passing of the two oldest in the past. They are great with handling our questions and concerns, even giving difficult advice. I consider our family life-long patients!

I came in with a sick cat we weren't sure what was wrong with him. The secretary and vet immediately treated him as if he were their own pet they were very blunt in telling me what could be wrong with him and I highly enjoyed that. Prices may have been steep but I have no expertise in the vet world so don't take my word for it. Told me to call them back and let them know how my cat was doing. Will come back again

I agree with overcharging and charging for services not requested! however what shocked me the most is after a $270 bill for my sick cat they never called back to see how my cat was..,.they only contacted me when new shots were due! I will never, ever go back and will tell Facebook and everyone I know of my experience!!

This clinic had provided our dog with a good place to stay until the summer of 2016 when we left him in the care of these professionals for 2 weeks. They knew his history of anxiety and he also had developed pancreatitis which we made them aware of as well. He was on a vet recommended food, which my daughter portioned out carefully into three small meals per day before we left on our trip. When we returned to pick him up, he was emaciated and had lost almost 4 pounds. He is only an 18 pound dog. When I called to ask why they starved my dog, they said "he was barking and jumping a lot." And this is a reason you do not feed a dog. Hershey is now at a healthy weight, but please beware and think twice if you plan to leave your dog who may suffer from anxiety with these people!

I took my kitten to all pets, knowing he was sick. They gave him dewormer, eye drops, and a distemper shot, and said he was totally fine, just needed to work through a cold. He died a couple days later. This vet didn't even check him. Just gave him some dewormed and a shot and charged $130 to tell me he's perfectly fine and not to worry. I will NEVER use this vet again.

Great Vet. Loved the docs and the staff is very friendly. They even sent me a card signed by everyone when my dog died. Highly recommend.

All Pets has been taking care of Kitty and Moe for several years. Very knowledgeable staff that cares about your pet. Centrally located too.
