Office staff refused to wear masks when requested by pet owner with severe lung disease at high risk for COVID. They have no respect for life or common human decency

I can't say enough nice things about this Clinic. My dog is alive due to them after another clinic dropped the ball. Forever grateful ????.

My new kitty Jasper was having problems with scratching at his ears all of a sudden. I didn’t have a vet for him yet so I reached out to Rusty (office manager) last night because I knew him personally and he worked with his wonderful team to squeeze us in this morning! The whole staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. The doctor is amazing and is so great with the animals. I highly recommend going to this vet clinic and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Klein's animal clinic have done a fantastic job with our dogs. Highly recommended. They wear masks and pick up your dog outside after you call and let them know you are there.

I’ve taken my dog here ever since I moved to the QC a year ago. Every experience has been pleasant and the Doctors keep you very well informed. The staff is happy and always willing to helps make sure you book ahead of time as they are usually very busy!

I will be taking my 3 babies some where else. We haven been going to Klein for at least 15 years. We are unable to get 2 of the babies in for heart worm test during this covid-19. They are refusing to allow us to buy heart worm meds on line. Found it hard to understand why they would refuse to let us get the meds then when this is over bring them in for the test! I guess they would rather take the chance of our babies getting heart worm!

They were very accommodating when it was time for our 16 year old Jack Russell to be put down. They have given our two cats excellent care.

A little expensive but very friendly and helpful

Great people! My dog gets super anxious (and nippy), especially during the pandemic when I could not accompany him inside. Klein has been conscientious and patient with him. Their handling of the pandemic has been practical and compassionate, not to mention remarkably smooth and convenient. We're very grateful for how well they take care of our animals.

Only place my family and I take all our pets. They are very knowledgeable, caring and to be honest they have some of the friendliest staff I've ever seen in a business. Their staff always seem to remember you and your pet, they definitely make you feel appreciated.

The vets are great with my dogs and cat. Always feel like they have time for my questions, not rushed out.

I was there for an interview, but everyone there seemed to be nice and friendly. And come to find out, the office manager I knew when he was office manager at another business one been to.

I take both of my English Bulldogs to Klein Animal Clinic and Dr. Hartmann has taken great care of them. I can not imagine going to another clinic. Everyone in this office is always friendly and helpful. I feel as if I am family when I come in with or without my dogs. They always have a smile on their faces and call me by name.

Lack of communication amongst vets caused delayed of proper diagnosis and prolonged suffering of dog. Quick to push pills instead of safer treatment options. Continual clerical errors; very aggravating. Unfair billing at times (charging another exam fee for a followup, adding unwanted items to the bill, etc.). Have had good experiences with dog surgeries here but I'm going elsewhere.

No continuity of care with multiple doctor changes, lack of attention to detail, and delayed diagnosis leading to my dog suffering.

Dr. Hartmann and staff take great care of your pets. They always greet you with a smile and make you and your pets feel comfortable under any circumstance.

I brought my dog in for a routine blood test and got charged $32 for an "exam" in addition to the blood test. When I stated that my dog didn't get an exam, I was told that cost was for the evaluation of the test results and medicine dosage. That should be included in the cost of blood test. Who gives a test, but charges extra to tell you the results? I don't think $32 is going to make or break their clinic, but it greatly upset me as a customer. The fact that after speaking with two different managers, they refused to take off the charge and were willing to loose a customer over it, says a lot about how much they value their customers! I'll be finding a vet that cares more about me and my pet more than money.
