My dog sees all the vets here, she is very skittish and the staff and doctors do an amazing job with her. Whenever she has a problem they get her in right away. Offices are clean, they are on time. Explain all procedures thoroughly and very conscious of explaining pricing.Highly recommend.

Charged me for a FULL EXAM but spent ONLY 30 SECONDS looking at my dogs teeth! Unlike any other vet I have spoken to this month they wanted me to bring my little Maltese dog in to look at her teeth before giving me a price on a dental cleaning. In retrospect this should have been a red flag for me. Nobody else asked me to come in. Ever. Since no other vet I have ever dealt with, in 40 years of having dogs, charges for this, or requires this, I assumed it might be free! Maybe a $25 charge that would be applied towards her dental procedure. OR I thought they might want to take a blood test to make sure she was safe to be put under anesthesia. But no. None of this! They charged me $66.00, their regular price for an exam, but performed NO EXAM. No stethoscope, no temperature check, no physical exam. I mentioned her hip joints that slip out of socket but nobody touched them. They ONLY looked at my dogs teeth - for less than 30 seconds and told me that they are as expected and have “an average amount of tartar”. Nothing unusual. She is only four years old, why would there be anything unusual? They could have just asked me that on the phone! What a SCAM! I hope that $66 makes you happy since you will never see my $400 for a dental cleaning as I will never step foot in this place again. AND will be telling everyone I know that this place is a… RIP OFF!

We have taken our dog her for the last 13 years but this last two weeks were horrible trying get appointments for my sick dog was a horrible experience. I called this morning at 750 leaving a message that my dog was in distress from 2 seizures she had that morning and needed to be seen cause we new we had to put her down. They never return my call. I finally called back at 815 and they said they were to busy to see her and we would have to wait til 11:30. We asked since this was an emergency why can’t they just take us. They said no. Horrible feeling watching your dog suffer. We decided to go somewhere else. I will never take my next dog there again. And for this whole drop your dog off cause of COVID such bs. I work in the dental field and we see patients all day long and they don’t wait in there car for there family. Why are vet offices doing it.

I have a cat that does not like to be picked up. When its time to go get her pedicure. I have problems. I make appt and can't keep it When finally get her in her carrier. I call to see if I can bring her in. Sometimes they say no and others say yes. It all depends. I always appreciate when they say yes.

These people are amazing! I went in with a pup emergency, no appointment, and they still saw me no questions asked. They immediately put your mind at ease and explain everything in detail and answer any questions. The staff is so kind and it shows that they really care about their practice. Thank you guys♥️

I've been taking my fur babies here for years and years! The staff is so nice and very helpful! They're the best. I am still pretty upset I can't be inside with my babies while they are getting their exams done, but hopefully that will all be over soon. I know they are just doing what is best and take extra precaution. Very laid back, down to earth clinic but also still very professional!

They are always wonderful with our dogs. That's why we have gone to them for so many years. Or dogs love to go to see their veterinarians!

I recently had to say goodbye to my cat of 18 years, Ozzie. It was my first time ever having to put down an animal. The ladies here allowed me to come inside and be with Ozzie for his final moments. Everyone was so kind and gentle towards me. They showed empathy, and even said sweet words to Ozzie before he passed. They gave me a paw print of his to keep; and a couple weeks later I received a symptahy card from them. I also got Ozzies ashes and the box it came in is so perfect and cute. I would HIGHLY recommend this vet to anyone. Such wonderful, caring souls at this location. A big thank you to all of the ladies that made my experience a little more bearable.

They are very welcoming when you come in and very well experienced. My cousin Amanda referred me to them and so glad she did. I had a situation with my puppy where she got into some things she shouldn’t have and made her sick, Huntley Vet Hospital was so good at getting me in ASAP (that day)!
