Dr. Hamid deserves 10 gold stars , more actually. I'm not sure what we ever did without him. Toby and Archi are grateful that we found him.... Devine intervention!!!!!

Wish I could give negative stars. I went in for my cat having horrible itchy bumps all over her chest and neck and all he told me was it was an allergic reaction from who knows what. He gave her 2 shots for over $100 and two days later came to find out she had fleas and my other two pets now have them too. He told me it was not fleas and when I called back he tried to get me to come in to buy flea medicine from him and would not refund me for the two shots my cat didn’t even need. Horrible customer service and has no idea what he’s doing.

If you care about your animals STAY AWAY FROM THIS VET! This miss diagnosed my cat when she had fleas saying she didnt have fleas and had me pay $150 for antibiotics she didnt need. Now all my animals have fleas and they refused to issue a refund for the antibiotics. Do yourself a favor and go to randall road animal hospital where they actually take the time and effort in your animals health and well-being.

DONT TAKE YOU ANIMALS HERE! Unless you want to be ripped off and have your pet miss diagnosed. The owner Dr. Hamid is the worst vet in history. Hes only in it for the money! And he apparently doesnt know what a flea is. Complete lack of expertise. If you love your pets take them literally anywhere but this place.

Do not trust this place. The owner Dr. Hamid is only in it for the money and it is so very obvious. I would never wanna take my dog here again, I heard cries from my poor dog and I barley saw the doctor go back there. Meaning he isn't even seeing your pet. He also keeps you waiting in the lobby, while they do who knows what with your pet. So why spend all the money he charges, when he barley spends a minute with your pet? I don't trust this place, and I really wonder just how much this place cares about animals. Do no take your pet here, they muzzled my friendly dog without even asking, probably because they were hurting him and he was trying to defend himself. please don't bother let your animals suffer by taking them here...

This is truly the best vet I’ve ever been to with my pets. I’ve moved a few times, so have occasionally had to switch. Everyone working here is very thorough, kind, attentive, and professional. I appreciate that they keep me updated throughout each visit if anything unexpected arises, and explain what they’d like to do about it and why before proceeding. It shows that they really want to see your pets as healthy and comfortable as possible, but that they also want you to feel good while your pet is in their care. Their prices are totally fair, and I really like that they’re transparent about how much each service will cost if you ask. Anyway, I am extremely thankful that my pets are in such great hands. Highly recommend!

I took my 12 year old dog here because she was very sick. Thankfully they were able to get her in to get checked out on the same day. I had to call when I arrived, they come out to get your animal, I waited in the car and wore a mask for safety. Then they called me before doing any blood work, I approved it and the price and they did her blood work. The vet recommended I get my dog spayed/neutered and then give her antibiotics and I was able to schedule the procedure for the very next day. Turns out that my dog had a terrible infection in her reproductive system and had I only accepted the antibiotics and not the procedure, she wouldn’t have made it. On the day of the procedure I dropped her off, it took almost the whole day but once she was done, I picked her up and the vet showed me what he had taken out of my dog and her infected parts that had been removed. I took my dog home with antibiotics and pain medication, came back two weeks later to remove stitches, and my dog has been doing great since! It’s been almost a month and she’s back to being a healthy doggie ???? I highly recommend this place and will be back for vaccines and annual check ups.

I had an emergency with my dog Sasha who was badly injured. She had a really bad laceration from a fence accident. The emergency hospital was charging way too much. I decided to go to a hospital recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I went. Prices were very reasonable and customer service was amazing. Setting was very professional and Dr.Hamid and his staff were very friendly. I will definitely be taking all my pets here.

I take my dogs in regularly to this place because I trust this place more than any other vet hospitals in my area. I have always been more than impressed by the services they offer. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I have been going there since they first opened and never had any problems. Dr Hamid and his staff is very loving and compassionate about animals and always look for their well-being. Now a days, they are offering curbside service due to COVID-19 just to make less contact and practice social distancing which is a good thing for all of us. I highly recommend this place.

I have been a client of Dr Hamid for several years . I cannot say enough good things about him and his practice . He is by far one of the most compassionate vets I’ve ever met. His knowledge and skills are top notch . He is very fair and understanding with his clients . He is always willing to listen and help in any way he can . I can count on him at any time . Being a vet and managing a practice is a very tough and emotional job. Many times these doctors don’t get the credit they deserve . As a breeder , I can always count on him .

The only reason I didn't go 5 star is that I could not go in was because I could not go in to see how the place looked. The staff was very nice when she came outside to get our pet for neutering and seemed to really care. This was pre arranged by the rescue we got our pet from. If they would have let me in there would have been five stars. Even the animal rescue would let us in by appt.

I am out of town from Florida and my puppy wasn’t feeling good. We took him to animal hospital of Randall plaza and we are so happy we did! The vet was so friendly and took great care of our pup. I wish he would move back to Orlando so he could be our vet down there!

I have been taking my two dogs here ever since we moved here from Texas 3 years ago. I wasn't always impressed with the service but I kept going there regardless. Just recently my dog got sick so I brought her in. They took her in to the office (Due to COVID-19 we were not allowed in), weighed her, took her temp, did blood work and made sure she didn't have a heartworm problem. They called and said that she had a slight temp, inflammation and a small infection and gave us 12 cans of canned dog that was supposed to last her 6 days. The total bill was over $400.00. Over the next week my dog continued to grow sicker and refused to eat. She kept on vomiting and when I called the vet again to ask what could be done he said we could run test or we could let her be because of her age. So I choose to try my own methods so I wouldn't have to spend another $400 plus on the vets tests. I called on Thursday to see if I could get some anti vomiting pills for her but the vet sadi they didn't have any large breed it but would in the next day or so ( I knew at this point my dog probably wasn't going to make it the next couple days but just wanted her to be comfortable). We decided by Friday that she couldn't live this way anymore and had schedule an appointment for later in the day. My dog passed away at home before we could even take her in. This was a blessing. We found out that it would have been $300 to have her put down and then another $600.00 to have her cremated by them and we wouldn't even get to keep her ashes. I am sorry. That is absolutely ridiculous. I called the vet and asked if they would refund the money for the other 9 cans of unopened dog food in which the vet replied that he cannot take it back after 24 hours of prescribing it because it was a safety and a liability issue (I call bull). Why couldn't a vet take back unopened dog food to reuse again? Canned dog food has a long shelf life. They charged $45.00 for 12 cans and then refused to take back after my dog died. This vet showed no sympathy to my dog passing and they continually tried to rip us off from being put down, cremation and now the canned dog food. They say they are 50% less, don't believe it. I believe they care more about making a profit than they do the pets they see. We will be going elsewhere for now on.

I took my cat Winnie to the animal hospital of Randall plaza crystal lake. Clinic was very clean and well organized, very compassionate and friendly Vet Dr Hamid and his staff. Very reasonable and affordable services with high quality. I am very pleased with their services and I highly recommend this place.
