Friendly, helpful staff, knowledgeable and caring vets. Our furbaby doesn't mind going to the vet.

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. They gave Diamond great care. My sweet dog felt comfortable and that makes me super happy!

Very nice staff working there and did a great job cleaning my dog teeth and was ok the next morning after surgery don’t give medicine unless needed

Dr. Shipley and her team were absolutely amazing with my pitbull Scout. He had stage 1 pneumonia and she caught it in the early stages so it didn't get any worse. She cared for him like he was one of her own. Didn't get nickel and dimed one bit. X-rays and meds for Scout were a good price compared to other clinics. Highly recommend Dr. Shipley and her team.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this place. They coordinated getting my dog from the boarding place we left him him in order to give him the shots he needed to play with other dogs, had the whole thing figured out by the time we got off our plane. And they were incredibly helpful during my dog's fight with leukemia.

I brought my dog in last week and they were able to squeeze me in last minute, when my current vet was not able to, because my dog was ill. The technicians I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be bringing both of my dogs here from now on.

This is the most horrible experience I have had to deal with my poor cat, she has terrible anxiety and they were not Accommodating at ALL. I was trying to explain it would be easier if I could carry her in because of her anxiety, I was told because we were 1min late that I couldn’t come in but someone else pulls up with there pet and walks right in. The staff is rude and is not clear on protocol I was told one thing by staff and something completely different by vet. And all of this was done via phone. I would not under any Circumstance would refer anyone at all to this place

Scam!!! They nickel and dime you on everything!! I love my pets more than humans but if you dont want to be homeless with a pet, don't go here at all!! 5 bucks just to throw away a needle... every other place doesn't do that and we have asked. Ridiculous the price they charge and then don't tell you about it!!! You are better off going the distance to a better vet. 30 years I've had animals and never have I had an experience like this... just Ridiculous.

They misdiagnosed our dog, performed unnecessary surgery which resulted in so much post-op pain that we had to euthanize him a week later. We are heartbroken.

Dr Shipley has seen my cat every time he's been in over the past couple years and they're wonderful. Always get him in right away and are affordable. Definitely recommend!

Let me start of by saying this is my second ever negative review that I have written. I have probably wrote 30 positive ones. So we brought our dog Jaxx there for the first time since our normal vet was out and we needed to get our dog seen right away and they had openings. Our dog wasn’t walking or eating so we were all upset. We brought him there they looked him over did blood work and urine sample and sent him home. He still wasn’t moving or eating anything. Once the test results were in they called and wanted to schedule X-rays since he still hasn’t improved. I of course agreed. 30 mins before our 4:00 pm appointment they called and told us the vet we saw yesterday and whom scheduled the appointment left. So we would be seeing a new vet. We were fine with that then they told us that since the vet we saw left they could do the X-rays but not give us the results till Monday. So it’s Friday and we would need to wait three days for results? Keep in mind they had other vets there. Also, Keep in mind this is something I feel should have been done yesterday. The receptionist told me they didn’t because they ran out of time! What??? Are they timed appointments? So unless we wanted to do a full work up with the other vet and pay for that again those were our options. Don’t vets become vets to help animals? Apparently not this place!!! Terrible customer service and lack of compassion. Please don’t bring your beloved pets here!!!! Also, as a side note brought him to another vet because we weren’t willing to wait 3 days. They were able to figure out he had a sprain, hydrate him, give him pain meds and huge improvement. Wish we would have save the 250 we spent here!!!!! Waste of money!!!!

They are not well experienced with exotics

My cat is a new patient here but I trust this team with his care. They're very comprehensive and have very reasonable pricing.

Made an appointment for my cat and specifically said someone else would be bringing her as I’d be at work. They told me that was no problem and did not mention any other things I needed to do. The person taking my cat got there and was turned away being told that he couldn’t drop off a cat that wasn’t his. I called to ask what was going on and they explained that I’d need come in and sign forms to allow him to bring my cat in. Why was I not told this when scheduling the appointment? They completely wasted our time and now it’s longer before my cat can get to a different vet. Mind you I have her scheduled with another vet that has confirmed sever times that he can bring my cat since I work hours that don’t work with vets. I would never trust my pets with people that can’t handle their own office procedures.

Very wonderful staff, really helped us to take care of our sick baby. The doctor was so nice about helping us and getting the treatment we needed

All of the Vets are great, efficient and they keep us parents safe by coming out to pick up the pets.

Coming from someone who worked at a vet for 6 years: Used to be a great, accommodating, low cost clinic. Now I feel that they are just another cookie cutter, overpriced, money making machine like every other vet. More concerned about profits than about helping. You've heard of helicopter parents, I'd describe as a helicopter vet. My pet, my choice, thank you.

I took my precious 16 year old Siamese cat there. She was sick and had an abcess on her tail. They were so sweet with her. Gave her a shot of antibiotic and took care of her! Did not break the bank either!! Absolutely wonderful!! .I'll be back with the other four Siamese for shots and check ups! I absolutely recommend this animal hospital!!! I give them a 10!!

Prices are real good but you rarely feel like they know what they're doing. I told the lady at the desk what's shot for my dog needed and she turned around and told me I was wrong and proceeded to tell me what do you needed. The price of a spay neuter can't be beat but you get very little time with an actual veterinarian to discuss your dog and what other health issues can arise.

New puppy visit for Pebbles and Bam Bam! Very pleased with the visit. The new pet package was a great value!

Got a quarantine puppy like many others and since we moved to Pingree Grove we wanted something close by. We called around and checked reviews and ended up going with Huntley Animal Care. We've been happy so far with the puppy package and neuter (now that puppy is 6 months old). Not being able to go in was something that quickly passed as a concern, and has become a preference I hope they keep in the future once places start to open up.

Everyone here was just amazing. My Dexter was treated like a Little Prince ???? and they helped me understand everything needed for our 1st family pup. ❤️

My 15 year old cat Joey is very sick. The staff and DVMs are very compassionate towards him and our worries. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to bring him.

They were great with our puppy.

I used to take my puppy to a different vet and never felt good about taking him in. I always felt I wasn't given good enough advise and service. The staff at Huntley animal care on the other hand are amazing. They listened to my concerns and gave me good realistic answers. Plus my puppy an 8 month old Golden Retriever loved his visit there. He was given multiple vaccinations with such incredible care by the vet. Highly highly recommend them. I also work long hours and I was accommodated late in the day for his appointment. Overall fantastic service.

Still have drop off for your pets

We have 5 fur babies and they love Dr Shipley. She’s is Caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. We feel very comfortable because she knows them by name, can remember if they have had any problems on previous visit, always calls to give us their results and takes the time to talk to us about any concerns. I know that Dr. Shipley Is a great veterinarian by the way she has handle the emergency with our two senior babies(ages 17 and 10). The staff is very caring and efficient. The prices are reasonable and fair.

Friendly staff and caring people. They do try upsell some products but have reasonable prices.

Dr. Shipley and her staff are wonderful. Always available to answer questions whether it is by email or phone. She has neutered both of my family's rabbits and they had an excellent recovery. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
