Outstanding, personal vet experience! When I first took my dog to see Dr. Jacobson, I was pleasantly surprised by the time that the doc takes with you to understand your dog and your concerns and questions. I have never felt rushed, and because this is a vet clinic owned by the vet, I feel like they know me and my dog. Customer service is outstanding, and I'm always pleased to be able to get my services from a local small business. I highly recommend you bring your pets here!!

I was in a panic. My 16yr old kitty was not doing well and was bumping into walls. I called several vets and they were booked. Not wanting an er fee if I didn't have to, I went to Google. I called and was told I could be there in 15 mins. The care taken with her was amazing. I have found my vet. She is home and resting I cannot say enough

We are first time dog owners. When we went into North Hoffman we didn't know what to expect. We asked Dr. Jacobsen so many questions. He was amazing very patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He never made us feel rushed or that he had somewhere else to be. We also just had her spayed a few weeks ago and anytime we call with questions either Dr. Jacobsen or his amazing staff answer our questions.

I love love love this office. They take their time and really listen to you. They never make me feel like the crazy pet mom, even though I probably am! They truly care and love what they do! Your pets will be in great hands with this staff!

Great, compassionate, knowledgeable vet. I've been taking my dogs to Jon for 11 years and wouldn't take them anywhere else. Jon is thoughtful, does not recommend expensive procedures unless absolutely medically necessary, and always offers reasonable options for care. I drive 30 minutes one way to have my pups seen by him and his staff.

I just got my dog Lucky neutered at North Hoffman Estates Vet Clinic and I loved it. Would completely recommend anyone to Dr. Jacobson. The office is super clean and welcoming. Dr. Jacobson is super nice and answered all my questions. I'm glad he help me with my dog. Will come back for sure. My dog even felt comfortable with Dr. Jacobson.

I have been completely pleased with North Hoffman Veterinary Clinic. They are kind and patient. My dog is so much more at ease there than he was at our prior vet. Dr. Jacobson gets down on his level and makes sure he is comfortable before starting to treat him. I also like that Dr. Jacobson is very practical in his approach to treatment. He recommends the easiest (and least expensive) course of action first. My prior vet would insist on a multitude of tests up-front rather than trying one test first to see if it revealed the problem. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacobson and the North Hoffman Veterinary Clinic. They definitely live up to their "friendly neighborhood vet" moniker.

Dr. Jacobson is very knowledge, compassionate, and honest regarding treatment. My dog loves visiting North Hoffman Veterinary Clinic. She runs to the building and can't wait to be greeted by the staff and Dr. Jacobson. I was referred by a dog groomer after adopting a rescue dog. The location is convenient and the hours available for appointments are good. My dog has been a patient since I brought her home 14 months ago. I'm glad that I made the switch to North Hoffman Veterinary Clinic .

Dr.Jon Jacobsen is one of the finest vets I have ever met. He takes care of our 3 senior dogs with skill, compassion and humor. We will stay with him, even when we move.

First visit with this establishment and I was very impressed. We brought our pet to consult on an injury and the whole experience was great. No push for meds or products it was all about the wellness for our pet. I also asked a question about food and the Dr. answered including a reference to a study. We have found our Vet!!!

Dr Jacobsen and staff are amazing. So knowledgeable and friendly, they instantly put you at ease and make you feel like your pet is their priority. I love how Dr J never makes you feel like he’s too busy for the millions of questions you may have. You can just feel his genuine love for animals. The support staff is also very courteous and helpful. I’m so grateful to have them in the community ????????????
