Bentley has already exceeded it's service to the community. Now with a groomer on the premises I give them 10 ✨(My Maltipoo Cookiebear) New groomer. Fantastic.

The absolute best customer service can be found here. It's a smaller store, and the majority of the stock is food, and treats. There is a tall employee with a beard that I have heard interact with other employees both in person and over the phone - always really kind, genuine, and professional. It just makes for a nicer, more confident shopping experience.

I will definitely say this location is much better then the Schaumburg location. However I was upset with the fact I had a made a grooming appointment for my dog and it was canceled but I never received a call stating it was canceled. I had rearranged my day for a canceled appointment.

I've really loved visiting this Bentley's & I'm sad to be moving away from this location. Such a good selection of healthy options for my cat & always so helpful in assisting me pick new things to try. The customer service is always great & I leave happy.

The last 6 times I've been to this location, they have been out of stock of the same items - the 4.5lb bags of Orijen adult dry dog food and variety of Orijen and Acana freeze dried treats. I don't understand how, if this is clearly a popular item, it wouldn't be in stock more often. Every time I come, I end up having to drive to the PetCo in Dundee. I'd prefer to give my business to the Bentley's in my neighborhood, but they make it too challenging. Won't be making any more attempts. Will just go where I know stock is plenty. ????????‍♀️

Great place for buying pwt supplies. Seem to have a large supply of pet food,toys,ect. Also have alot of grain and gluten free food if your dog has allergies. The overall atmosphere was great with lots of workers doing their best to help you. Overall amazing place

Giana was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Taught me, Bella and Buddie new things about dog food. They loved the treats she gave us to sample when signed up with Bentley’s membership. Would definitely come back soon to pick up more bones bc they finished it as soon as we got home.
