Went to pick up a online order and the staff was helpful and ended up buying more stuff. Close to work and home, I like the store layout.

Everyone is so incredibly nice, its always a fun time, even if its for shots. I love seeing all the different dogs too, oh by the way shots I can AFFORD!!

With the previous groomer my dog had a very pleasant smell to her body and fur. Her breath was really fresh. If I could find her previous groomer, I would leave Petco.

they are so terrible at grooming. i feel like they dont clean their supplies. also left my dogs skin irritated with cuts. i dont recommend you sending your dog to get groomed there stay safe yall!

Beth did an Amazing job with grooming my pup. I would give Beth herself more than 5 stars, honestly amazing. The girl when I was checking out was also amazing, I’m a little mad at myself I didn’t get her name (long black hair, nice eyebrows, checked me out at the grooming desk around 5:30 on 7/31). However, a bigger guy with lighter colored hair at the grooming desk needs to check their attitude. There was an issue with me not knowing it would take 5 hours on a weekend to finish my dog getting groomed. I asked if it’d be possible to get her done a little sooner and this person (bigger guy with light colored hair) snapped back at me to come back at 6. He could’ve told me that they would try. Just his attitude really needs to be re-evaluated.

I had a picture of a coupon Petco emailed me, and the cashier tried several times to get the coupon to work and eventually was successful. She went above and beyond, and I am very grateful as she saved me almost $10.
