In the isle where they have their reptiles, there was a tarantula for sale and it was dead. ????

Because I have been purchasing dog for a while and I haven't received a free bag purchased after the 8th... The rewards program that you have going on... I get Great Customer Service and really enjoy shopping at Petco... Thank you...

Not enough staff to offer what they promise. Honestly terrible customer service.

The dog food i buy has not been available in the store. I have to order. I was told that my yorkie is to busy and need to be tranqualized when getting groomed. Took him to a new groomer and he was good. They said they do not believe in that method.

They have a ton of cat items which is what we were there for. No litter though. Our 2 cats have a litter party every night even with an enclosed litter box so we went to pellets. Much less mess. Nice store and kids love watching the animals.

I like the products and sales promotions. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. I've bought items here before and will continue to stop by and purchase from here. I didn't need assistance regarding my grandson's pet; these are fish. The young man that cashed me out helped taking the 20 gal fish tank to my car which I had right in front of store. I will definitely be back and inquiry about something regarding fish when I visit store. Thank you

Took my labor-doodle for grooming 1st time.. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The groomer was very nasty when I arrived my price was increased drastically. I was given a time to pick my dog up and the groomer ran 39 mins behind then to top it off this was the worst grooming my dog has ever had. There were knicks all over my dog, her cut was uneven and unshapely. I would not recommend nor EVER take my dog back. Calling the manager to let them know their groomer needs more training and to work on her customer service skills!

Absolute DISGRACE of a company. Say anything they need to, to sell an animal. They left a breeders ID band on our Conure and when called for advise to remove, the same clueless lady get rude with me. The same on who didn't know her butt from her elbow about the breed . She claimed that SHE PERSONALLY had been hand feeding it, LIE, the bird was clueless to perching or hand feeding. They HACKED the "wing clipping", TOTALLY BUTCHERED this poor birds wings..(I will be posting pics) SHOULDVE KNOWN BETTER AND NOT SPENT MONEY SUPPORTING ANIMAL MILL BUSINESSES WITH CLUELESS MINIMUM WAGE MAKING, CLUESS EMPLOYEES

I can usually find what I'm looking for when shopping for my pets. The groomers take good care of your pet. The staff will try their best to help you locate certain products in their store.
